@Braeden Roby not true... I'm from NYC and I've been a raptors fan for about 12 years and that moment they won, I told my boss that same night I'm out and he wouldn't see me for a few days. I drove 8 hours at night to get to Toronto to celebrate with everyone! You don't have to be Canadian to be a fan of a Canadian sports team

Who did the research for this video? The Raptors did not pick Vince Carter 5th in the '98 draft, they selected Antawn Jamison at number 4 and traded him for Vince Carter who was selected 5th by the Warriors. Also, Andrea Bargnani did not win Rookie of the Year, that was won by Brandon Roy.
I was just about to post this. They also showed a pic of Vince and Mo Pete together and referred to the 2000 playoffs. lol Mo Pete was @ Mich. State then
she didn't say they selected carter 5th over all. she said they ENDED UP with the 5th over all pick. listening is key. But she was half right on Andrea he was rookie of the month not year

I remember the 90s. My brother and I shared rooms and he had a Damon Stoudemire poster that I would stare at with fascination. I loved dinosaurs as a child and was naturally drawn to this poster, but I eventually grew to love basketball because of the Carter effect. ... Man what a journey, from being 6 years old staring at a poster, to watching them win the championship. Thank you, Raptors.
