Those penguins was nesting so we wasn't allowed to get too close!
The art of not caring is not about indifference, but rather about mastering one's reactions to external events. It is the practice of focusing only on what is within our control-the thoughts we choose, the actions we take-while letting go of attachment to outcomes beyond our influence. By cultivating inner resilience and wisdom, we can navigate life's challenges with grace and equanimity, finding peace amidst the chaos.
Such a nice simple explanation of caring for oneself is rational thought in all circumstances. Getting to know yourself in a positive environment is the best medicine for body mind emotions and spirit that is a first step to self love that most people deny themselves of thinking it’s vain and selfish … discerning “they say” is best ignored🕊️ Taking flight isn’t only for the birds or air craft it’s a way to conquer intimidating ideas!? For myself staying connected to higher principles is being grounded.☀️❣️☔️🌟🙏🏼🌈👍⏳
