Suffering from a mild depression, not clinically diagnosed but showing signs and having high-low emotional rollercoaster. I find it is most terrifying to choose and step into our most idealistic and best self. This takes the most work and sacrifice. It is truly scary and yet is what haunts us when we know we shortchanged ourselves. The shadow is childsplay in comparison. Giving into ones desires when it doesn't require sacrifice is a cakewalk

As a 60 years old man who broke each and everyone of these rules, I can tell that they are true. Advice for the young: do not be fooled by anything else. Follow these rules by the letter. If it means losing somebody, so be it. They were not worthy.
