The balance poses made it more challenging - had to modify some - but over all a good sequence. Thank you.
I do this routine as my morning yoga practice.. It works very well and feels me more confident and calm..
with this class I went to an advanced one & NOW im in perfect balance. Thank u so much. I just started practicing YOGA for 1 month.

I like this routine, but to be fair I'd like some more time to breathe and switch positions in between. I notice improvement though, so maybe it's just because I'm inexperienced :)
please consider adding savasana's full 5 minutes with resolve.
it's theme music unique to yoga journal vids. yoga journal has a web site that maybe could direct where this music came from. so now i'm off to do some research...

Omg, I just finished this video and I have the calmest feeling right now! I feel so amazing right now. Thank you soo much for this! It's the first time I've really tried yoga and I was really surprised to have done that last standing stretch. I did wobble, but I did it! When you said "feel the victory", I really did :)

Looks like surya namaskar has been vandalised.
I'm not a beginner, but I found most of these poses to be inaccessible. Kind of a disappointing sequence.
