If I were to place myself in his shoes, there would be some changes:
First, the big thing. When Haruka admits to her causing our break up, I'm definitely not gonna be easily forgiving.
I'd be irritated beyond belief hearing her stupid reasons (especially when she says she thought she'd have a chance breaking us up).
And though I'd be civilized about it since we're in public, I'd tell her to stay out of my life.
When Noa shows up and asks who I have eyes for, I simply say I'm not interested in dating.
If she wants to be friends, I'm fine with that. But after her failure to communicate back in college, I don't feel like putting myself out there at the moment.
While I'm saying that, I don't hesitate to rat out Haruka for her stupid reasoning behind causing us to break up. After which I take my leave and head home.
Because I really don't care about Haruka enough to care about if her friendship with Noa survives.

Normally people would move on from their EX after the break up. Okamoto is the main cause of Keiichi and Noa's break up. At least she apologizes and Keiichi still likes Noa. At least it didn't become another misunderstanding in the end as they clear things up.

I just saw a Manga dub that was this exact plot but different. I like this one better because at least the one at fault apologized for her actions as in the other Manga dub he not only hit on the FMC but stalked her. Then lied about wanting forgiveness from for his actions because he was stalking them and mad that they got together instead of him and the FMC.

I think Okamoto was a crappy friend to Noa. Suppose after telling Noa about Keiichi cheating on her, and trying to comvince Keiichi to move on from Noa, then Okamoto makes her move on Keiichi and he accepts (thankfully he's too faithful to do that), what if Noa saw them together at that instance? She would be devastated to find both her bestfriend together with the same ex-boyfriend she said was cheating. Two relationships would end that day.
Thankfully, she knew better and made things right. Still, despite all that, I feel bad because shes still single and lonely at the end after making things right. So I wish she finds her happiness just as Keiichi and Noa found theirs.
P.S. Yes I know that while Okamoto started this mess, Noa isnt too innocent in handling it either with her breaking things off with Keiichi before checking for herself if he was cheating first.

Well, still a great story, but, just that when they were dating in college, I thought they had full trust on each other, as Noa knew Keiichi is a kind person. So I thought they should be open to each other when they had a quarrel. I can't believe the relationship were broken off just like that.
At least Okamoto was opened up to Keiichi about her decieve act during college. All three of them still good with each other in the end and that is all I could ask for.
