- This week we're checking back in with our client, The Desert of Maine, to get an update on their DIY A-Frame cabin builds. Located in Freeport, Maine, The Desert of Maine is a unique 40-acre expanse of glacial sand dunes, surrounded by a coastal forest.
The owner Doug will run you through the latest progress on their nearly finished prefab cabin builds, how he plans to rent the units out successfully, and why he loves building with Den.

I didn't realize there was a kit for the bunkhouse plus model, but that's the one I would be interested in as a kit.

It depends on where you’re building, but this is a camp ground in Maine, so start your research there!
Toilet.. shower... cooking space?

Wish it had a shower,than no need for a bathhouse.
The communal bathhouse was already there, so this was a smart way for the owner / operator to save money on the build!
