- Albert was abandoned on a regional road, scared and starving he wandered around crossing the street from side to side in search of food. Thanks to Mrs. Susanne Shine, our Albert is now a member of the wonderful family!

My son found a dog along a country road. No one would claim her. Took her to the vet, got her shots & spayed then gave her to us for Christmas. Timid at first but warmed up to us and has been the smartest & best family dog for 11 years!
I can’t imagine how anyone that ever loved a dog abandons that dog. The dog goes from being in a home (may not be given love or affection) to the dangerous, scary, and unknown life in the streets. Owners (clearly not family members) just drop it off like trash. Owners did not have the decency to take the dog to a shelter where it will be fed, have a safe place to sleep, and potential chance of adoption. Despicable people!
I totally agree with you. I have said it before but I say it again, I would live in a tent of blankets before I would abandon any pet..ever.

The humans that do this to any animal should have the same thing done to them and put them where there's no food or anything to get to! And whoever drops the humans that have done this to any animal has anything and everything that may help them survive taken away from them! And then you tell them to enjoy their life as you drive away! As you can tell i have no respect for the humans that drops off animals to starve, die of thirst or someone else drives over their worthless body!

Beautiful video, the tears came out, it is a joy to know that there are humans who care about those divine beings, my respects to the Ambassador of Denmark who proved to have a big heart.
I just wish all rescued dogs could end up in homes like this. How happy to see this little boy end up in such a winning situation. Lots of love, toys, playmates and security for the rest of his life. He is indeed one lucky chappy!!! I remember the rescue some months ago. Always great seeing these happy endings. Thanks to the new owner for supplying extra pics so that we can see the outcome.

I cannot understand why pets are so callously abandoned and have to cope with the pitfalls of life on the streets. This dog was fortunate to be rescued by Milan and adopted by the Danish ambassador. It is so gratifying to see the dog so happy and frolicking about the embassy grounds. The adopted dog is so happy now that he’s part of a loving family.

For over 50 years I've had dogs. All were strays, which in the beginning my 2 kids brought home & we adopted them. Now, the kids are out of the house but, my husband & I still take in strays. They've brought us only joy & happiness. The saddest part is when they pass away. They are always in our hearts & U still miss them.
Children growing up with animals turn our responsible, loving, caring & develop all other positive traits.

Of all the service workers in the world like doctors, nurses, etc. my heart and thanks goes out to animal rescuers. Animal are such helpless creatures, and to take them from a dire situation to being in a loving home, just makes me weep with joy.
