Wish they would have had the flight stabilization modes when I started back in the late 70's. Would have saved several model aircraft of mine from being planted into the ground. I remember I would go to the hobby store to buy a kit, it would take weeks to build the airplane, several trips to the hobby store to get what you needed, then more trips to the hobby store to get what else you forgot. Get it ready to fly, take it out, and crash.......LOL. This new generation of RTF RC is so much better than what it used to be, in my opinion. Keep up the reviews, maybe someday I'll decide to get back into the hobby.

I absolutely LOVE these little Warbirds!!!! I have big RC Airplanes, but when I bought my first little Warbird like that I was hooked. I keep a BF109 and the F-4U CoursAir in my Truck under the back seat in the boxes. I do bring my batteries inside each night but this way if I get a few minutes I can fly. There has been countless times my Daughter and I have been able to fly just cos I keep 2 of these in the Truck. We have painted the BF109 and CoursAir different and added some details like soot where the exhaust would soot up the side of the fuselage. Soot from the cannons muzzle blast and just rust and dirt. I need to just get a Butcher Bird and a Zero now 😁

I want to sincerely thank you guys for all the great content and information you guys provide. I purchased the corsair version because of your demonstration and feedback of the airplane. I could not be happier. Got it Friday and spent all weekend flying an airplane for the first time. I wrecked countless times and always got back in the air. Brought it heme in one piece everyday lol. So thanks again and you are bothe truly valuable to the rc community.
I know you have odd issues with the 'stunt button'. Odd. I have the P51d, the Corsair, the 109e, and the Spitfire and they all fly well with no s/button issues. Work everytime for great rolls or loops.

That may be one of your best videos Nate. Not only was the first crash not your fault but when you landed you only missed the grass by inches. With them twitchy micro planes and no landing gear I don't think that should be called a crash. Yet you said you did twice and without even giving it a second thought. You did your job in a professional mature way and I commend you for it. That's a darn near perfect review.

This channel introduced me to mini warbirds and RC flying so many thanks. So glad you've been able to do this review guys. I've been desperate to see how other people get on with this little FW-190, as I was able to get one a little sooner in the UK but my initial flights weren't as comfortable as with my other Eachine/Volantex/Sonik RC mini warbirds. Review videos for this plane have been lacking until now. I guess because of unavailability in the USA until now!? My initial impression of the FW-190 was that it is unusually nose heavy compared to its predecessors and it tended to drop it's nose much more, e.g. coming out of auto loops/rolls, when throttling down. What do you reckon? Might explain the general flight pattern and additional crashes in the video? Personally I think the original P-51D is still the best flying of the lot. Don't currently have the P-40 in my squadron though! Good to see you guys getting back on the scene after the recent addition to your family. All the best and love from across the pond. 👍😎👍
Yes, I had no exp. new to the hobby. I purchased one of these RC A/C and successfully taught myself how to fly, minus one landing in a tree. Apart from that I now have 10 to 15 total flights👍 great fun with only a $99.00 investment risk. Next will be a AeroSport.

@@MiG-31893 The operator manual said about 550--600 feet. That's two football fields. Likely you would not be able to see the airplane that far away.

Thanks for the video, I tried pairing this to my Zorro 4-in-1 Tx using 761 protocol but it's not "taking" the pairing, like all my Volantex RCs do. It works fine with the basica transmitter but I'm curious if you tried to pair this with another RC

Yours like mine, has a twisted tailplane. It looks odd but doesn't effect flying. You can see here at 0:56 secs.

You see that done intentionally on free flight planes to make them turn or to counteract torque of the motor. A tailplane twisted to the right provides a left-hand turning effect... or maybe its just sloppy construction ;)
@@biko9824 Good point. I did straighten mine up for a while after a crash and it still flew fine. Over time it has twisted back again and sat back into its old position. Still flies ok. Slightly better now in fct but that is because the dihedral has increased also due to the same crash that ripped the wing off. It's fine now but the tree won that day :-) (Vids on my channel if you want to see the crash and repair).

It looks like the model you have and are flying/promoting in this video, is a lot different size and paint scheme than the 1200mm version that you linked and is found on their website.

@@theoztreecrasher2647 Perhaps a size that Eachine has previously released, their discontinued P-47. A series of warbirds in the same 500mm size, that are 2S capable, is definitely doable.
They will fly if you alighn surfaces out of stable mode
I made this cursed plane on a budget I call it the lawn dart it’s well balanced and has plenty of trust it’s a metal stick with a v tail and a umx timber wing
