►Onion 1 large
►Garlic 3-4 cloves
►3-4 Tomatoes
►1 large Bell Pepper
►Tomato Passata 400g
►Handful of Parsley or Coriander
►Eggs
✅ SPICES:
►Chilli (or Paprika, if you don't like spicy food) - 1 tsp
►Tumeric - 1 tsp
►Coriander - 1 tsp
►Garam Masala - 1 TbSp
►Fresh Chilli (optional)
►Salt to taste
►Sugar (for flavour balance) - 2 tsp (optional)
