I use the collagen liquid and I love it. I'm on my second month and I don't even wear nail tips anymore because my nails are so strong now. My hair was completely done a 180 . It was so brittle breaking off at the roots coming 😫 out in chunks. My skin felt like paper flaking off but I tell you this collagen liquid is the bomb 💣. Not only has my hair grown 3 inches in 2 months my skin is so supple and smooth but remember drink water ladies it is key.

The way i get my collagen in daily is with my tea. I make hot tea and put the powder in the tea and let it sit and get cool and then have it over ice and i don't taste a thing! Its the main reason why i am bale to drink it because i can't taste a thing as opposed to when i was taking it in plain water and it was sooo hard to consume. Love it in my tea, it does take a while to start to see results.
I put collagen peptide powder on an n almost anything like smoothies, a bowl of cereal and milk, my oatmeal, a beverage, sprinkled into grits , sprinkled over a salad and almost anywhere. The brand that I use has no taste and it dissolves well in most things. I don't use a full Two Scoops as recommended oh, I use only one fourth because Research indicates that's all that's needed to accomplish the effects of collagen peptide. More protein would be needed but you're eating Matt hopefully and beans, Meats, and eggs. You don't want to try to get all of your protein out of that powder or you can just buy a separate protein powder to use as well if you're concerned you may not be eating enough protein. You're still getting some out of the one half of one scoop or 1/4 of the recommended dosage.

I have a liquid collagen that I really like but I don't use it that much because it has biotin in it and it breaks me out but now I see I can just mix it with water and spray it on my hair you're a genius girl thank you
