I am regrowing my hair after being bald for over a decade. Now I help men get their high school hair line back on my channel. What you are saying is true regarding hair growth goals. Thank you.
Thanks for watching!! Awesome to hear you’re putting out hair content to men! We need more of that!
I'm loving your Bun. My Eldest Daughter is towering too 😊.
Hello Melissa! You were spot on with those amazing tips!
Hi, thank you for your videos. Love your hair. What do you recommend to seal ends? How often do you recommend washing hair (I use oils for moisture). My hair is mid-back but going for waistlength. Thanks!
Great tips 👌🏾. Tfs.
Great advice… I have been doing pretty much all of this for over 10 years and my hair has not passed bra strap length. It’s not due to friction because I keep it braided and under a wig as my protective style. I think trimming my ends regularly is what will eventually help me to get past this particular point. It certainly is all trial and error. I’ve also discovered that clove rosemary and fenugreek water mixture is a great moisturizer for my hair and I use olive oil or canola oil infused with rosemary to coat my hair in between washes. Definitely big on the protein treatments and deep conditioning every wash Day (twice a month). The key is a good routine and diet.
Thanks sharing!!! Yes it’s absolutely not just one thing!! Which is so annoying lol! Glad you’ve found what works for you! Can’t wait to hear when you hit your goal! ❤️
Question...what about using a LED red light comb/brush to stimulate hair follicles, is that device ok to use?..
I’ve heard really great things about them! I personally know someone getting a hair transplant and their doctor recommended they use one! Definitely worth giving a try!!
@@MelissaDenise Thank you so much...I bit the bullet and got one but I was really nervous to use it...this gives me the confidence I need to at least try it..thank you 🤷♀️👍
Powerful ❤❤❤

When it comes to drying my hair, I just wrap my hair in my towel to let the towel absorb as much water as it's going to absorb. I do NOT rub my hair dry. Then, my hair is still damp when I apply my moisturizers and oils.
Thanks for sharing! I’m glad you’ve found what works for you ❤️
❤❤❤
I appreciate you always showing so much love!! xo
Hi there can you pls give me a good hair vitamin which is she’ll fish allergy free? Many thanks 😊
Hiiii back!!! I have one linked in the description box. I know someone with a shellfish allergy that has been able to take it. Definitely take a look but obviously make sure to read the fine print. If not maybe consider collagen or even liquid biotin. I have all of these things linked in my Amazon storefront which I was put in the description box just for YOU 😊❤️
@@MelissaDenise I aprichiate that . Many thanks 😊 GOD BLESS 🙏🕊🩸
A lot of the time the back of your hair is broken due to hard bristle brushing
I don’t believe that is my experience but both can absolutely play a part in breakage. I definitely use a brush more often on the front/sides and have very little breakage if any at all. Annoying how careful we have to be lol! Appreciate you watching ❤️
Please slow down your speech for us older women
Thank you
You can go on the video and slow down the audio. I do that sometimes.
Sorrrrry….go to the top right corner and click on the icon that looks like a screw (if you’re watching on your phone…it’s on the bottom if your in a computer) you can click on that and adjust the playback speed. Thanks for watching ❤️
