Hi Melissa...I just started using the red light therapy and so far so good. It felt like a slight warming sensation...even though I've just started using it around 2 weeks ago I've noticed baby hairs...and the baby hairs are a bit thicker than what was normal baby hairs for me if that makes sense...and it really surprised me how fast it happened...I use it every other day so I would definitely recommend it.❤
