Looks like you are just a bit short of power.. I would suggest you add simple fairings to the struts and you will improve performance at least 15% (might be all you need !)

You could have a starter switch and battery on board now.

the Goat is a parasailing rigid wing. assuming building identical to the original plans, they weigh around 145lbs.
