- MACCHIATO MARTINI
• 1 oz espresso
• 3/4 oz vodka
• 1⁄2 oz coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 3/4 oz Irish cream liqueur • Crushed ice, for serving
Add the espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Fill a tumbler with crushed ice. Strain mixture over ice and float the cream liqueur on top.
