I swam in most of those when I was a child. Learned to swim at Little River springs. 68 now . Still have land on the Suwannee.

How cool is that! Since making these videos I’ve heard from a lot of people who have great memories of these places.

I've grown up around the Suwannee river all my life and thought I knew all the spring on it but I learned a couple more today.

Charles Chittenden hello local! May you help me with the springs? I was taken on a trip and we saw some amazing springs in that area may you name some of them? One leads to the river through a small creek and there’s a big rock you can jump off of into the spring and then there was another one I went to with a sunken ship in it! If you know the name of those ones or the names of some other really cool ones in that area please share I love springs

Curtis, I loved this video! It is the best springs video I have watched. I didn't even click on it, it was an autoplay after one of my own spring videos. I would love to do what you did and travel all the way to the gulf. I have been to many of the ones in your video, but at the same time, have never heard of many of them. I bet you had 99% of these to yourself traveling in Nov. and Dec. Just you and nature, I would guess. I am planning a future spring run, hopefully next week, on my homemade pontoon boat. I plan to go up the Withlacoochee river to Madison Blue, hitting several unknown to me springs along about a 3 mile ride. Just a little day trip... Maybe someday we will bump into each other as we spring hope, then again, maybe we already have. I would have thought this video would have had more views... Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much! Check out the whole series on my channel under the "Suwannee" playlist. I made a video for each day we were on the river logging the trip. These may help you out with planning a full trip. It was awesome. I'd highly recommend it! We did have a lot of solitude. A perfect time to go.

Oh my goodness I’m so sorry for your loss. I can tell you that I never underestimate the power of the river and I advocate that everyone practice safe boating and swimming.

Hey Curtis it's Elizabeth. I've been off social media since may but I finally saw Suwannee Blue past Royal this week! I noticed it in this video. And wow it's beautiful!!! Been swimming a lot at running and Madison blue lately. Hope you guys are doing well! If you're ever up this way message Josh on FB and let him know for me so we can meet up and swim

Beautiful video. Did you camp along the banks of The Suwannee. I read that there are 150+ springs that feed the Suwannee River.

Yes. We camped every night which was amazing. We also visited as many springs as we could find along the way. It was truly an awesome trip.
