Why do they have a grinder near the benches that they presumably do bearing service on?
Space? Outlet location? It’s pretty easy to clean a workbench.
@gonzobeer pretty much answered it for me. With the minimal amount of grinding that is actually done, there is little to no risk of contamination after the bench is cleaned. Thank you for asking your question.
