It's great your feeling better. Kenny, you make sure to keep those earbuds and earplugs clean. Wipe with sanitizer cloths. Use water if you wet your earplugs for racing. Never lick them. Ears are very sensitive. I hope to see you on the prerace show.
I had Vertigo for 3 weeks ...barfing , sneezing......room spinning endlessly....wasn't present at all! Get well ASAP Herm ❤

That can be awful, i woke up one morning and stepped up and made 3 arms out spinning circles, thought them damn kids gave me one of them "special" brownies. but turns out just good ole vertigo. It can can really take you for a ride.
I have meneires disease, the inner ear, vertigo issues. Horrible!!

You need to get an adjustable bed. It helps my vertigo tremendously because everything spins when I lay flat. It’s much better to elevate my head a little bit.

I had vertigo for quite several weeks/months on and off after I fell from a ladder.
Part of it may be the body needs time to heal whatever is damaged causing it.
After that finally cleared up, I have not had it again.

Kenny, I had a bad case of vertigo a few years ago. My ears would ring like there was a hair dryer on my ear. Did all the doctor stuff went to specialits. spinal tap, whole ten yards. Ended up I gave up caffene and it went away. I mean eveything. Might try it for a while and see.

Kenny don't eat anything with aspartame in it that caused me vertigo when I cut that out the dizziness went away.

My sister n law has veritgo her's comes from doing to much drugs i realize you can get from different ways like poor blood circulation too much bad medication etc.
