I remember that the 69d pennies came out unusually early that year.Found the first ones in the third week of January. I was surprised by the design change from 68.
This is my best fine! Went to a small grocery store got changed by 20 and picked up a 1807 half dime. I haven’t sent it off to have it appraised but I believe it’s a 60…And with the remaining change there was a like new 1950 five dollar bill. I don’t collect bills so I’m not sure what to look for but it must be worth something to be in the condition that it is in. I know the 1807 is worse a big bucks. I have been saving gold and silver for years and couldn’t believe what I found and 1807. In the shape it is in. Love your show keep up the good work.
The 1969 S ddo is a beautiful coin. Wish I had one of those in my collection. Wow what a price tag!

I do have some 1969 pennies and alot of 1982 with letters too or no mint marks also and some 1950's and 1992, look for that Am on the back!

I have a 1954 s circulated fair condition but it has errors I've never seen it has the 19 backwards on the other side of date and it's struck thru I believe not sure what to do I've had it about 35 years

What is the best agency grade your coin? Also, is there like a real well-known company that can take your pocket change pennies and fine tune them to be graded? To get them to the most potential possible? Or is that even a thing?

Hey Mr Couch. Hope your having an awesome day. I'm having a hard time deciding if I should get some coins appraised. I've been to quite a few places that say they deal in coins but they just weigh them and give me a price on just silver. I want to believe they are worth something, like we all do. As indecisive as I am can you please give me your expert opinion on what should I do?

Great video, I have mist set 1969 and that set coming with with pennies one 1969 and the other one should 1969 S but is no mint mark I don't know if the added two 1969 or the one is 1969 s is without mint mark :). Let me know if you have any info about this. Thank you

Hey I have a 1969 penny with a Denver mint mark and it appears to have everything in tact including the initials on the reverse, however the T is looks like it's missing on the word "Trus't' " on the front... Any suggestions on how to have this accurately looked at?

I need your help please I have a 1969s penny that I had marked DDO and RPM before I even knew anything about it being potentially valuable. I am disabled and don't drive and before I spend the money on grading company could you possibly take a peek? I'm asking you because you are my favorite coin efficinado. Probably not. Coin dies often get clogged with grease, resulting in missing letters or numbers (or both). 🙂

Sounds like an error (albeit a strange one) to me. Best thing to do is to take it to your local coin dealer to see what they think. 🙂

The 1938 wheat penny in average condition is worth about 10 cents. The 1969 is worth one cent. 🙂

It's difficult to say. Coins are worth as much as someone is willing to pay for them. Yours sounds like a grease-filled die caused the "19" to not be struck. The only way to find out if it's worth more is to ask other people what they would pay you for it. To me, $20 sounds like a good offer, as grease-filled error coins are fairly common. 🙂
