I did start to set my 1983's aside about a month ago. Got about 5 rolls put back to weigh and look at when I'm able to get a scope!

I have a few 1983 pennies that I thought had errors, just wasn’t sure until now! When I have used of all my limbs LOL I will go through them again! Thank you guys for the video! I’m new to collecting and I’m learning about what to look for. I will definitely be keeping an eye out in my change for these.
I always check my 1983 pennies, and weighing them first. I knew about most of those varieties, not the extra "in god" letters one. That one is so cool!! Still trying to find some of those varieties, but I wait until I collect a stack of them to look at them all at once haha. Thanks for the video!
You guys are the only coin videos I watch. I do have a 1983 no mint mark penny. The error it has, is a graduation of thick to thin rim. I don't have a hood eye for the doubling aspect, but I will say it looks if not better than the ms 67.
I have been weighing all 82 D (small date)83 's ,1989 and 1990 penny's. I also look for 83 ddr as well as the extra ear variety. Will pay attention to both sides now. Thanks JB.
I check all of my change, I used to hate getting change until I started collecting! I keep all 1983 and below! The video was helpful! I want so badly to find a transitional coin!
I have long time ago but never have opportunity to check videos . Never sell either but bought in the past. I was in NY places unfortunately no interest on penny's.

I have a 1983 error coin it has a line that runs under the D all the way to the bottom of the number 3

I'm going thru a bunch of pennies now and learning as I go. Thanks to your great easy to follow videos I believe I found a few different types of 83 ddo's and ddr's, and also have my hopes set high to find a brass planchet error...lol :)
That is so cool my brother was born in 83 I sent him a link to this video he loves hunting pennies. I never knew the 83 was that obvious on the reverse I know my brother will definitely keep an eye out for the DDR as will Jonny and I. Thank you J&B for the great info

As always, good information. Have your error sheets which I found VERY helpful. Went through 25000 pennies last week but the only thing I found was sore finger tips. BUT you can't find if you don't look !!

Thank you very much for this info J&B I always love you videos they're very informative I knew about the 83 stamped on a bronze planchet but I did not know about the other ones and for the past 25 years I've been saving my 1983 and older pennies I got bags full of them thank you again and now I have more hunting to do

yes I checked all the 1983 pennies and all my coins the only problem was that I haven't found any pennies with any errors on them yet. :)
I save all 83 , but did not know about the errors.
I have a 1 cent Lincoln coin from 1961-D/1981-D/1983/1984-D. (Available for inspection and will be sold to collectors)

Didn’t know but I separated and have lots of 80s but I packed them for safety because I’ve got to move for safety and I will be able to then go through everything and find if I have one of these wonders and the money that goes with it I didn’t know and now I look at the 1980s video thank you for your videos as always they are so valuable to me. I pray one shows up for me.

Unfortunately I haven’t had luck in finding one of these 1983 pennies with DD obverse or reverse but I know what to look for as I go through them thank you J&B

I do check my 1983 pennies but I set a ton of 1983 pennies aside because of the transitional error and havent had time to weigh all them or inspect them. I did not know about the DD tho! I will definitely weigh them during next live 😆 and that double struck was awesome! Looks like a goldfish! 😆

I do check all of my 1993 pennies! Mostly by weight looking for a cooper. I have a nice scope but need a new scale for weighing them accurately. I'll be checking out your website for the link to the scale. Thanks J&B once again!👍

I have a 2021 Lincoln penny that has a "c" next to the date. Is it an error? I compared it to so many 2021 it stood by itself.

As I'm watching this video I'm currently holding two 1967 misprint pennys and a 1964 misprint penny a 1969 misprint penny a 1968 misprint penny a 1980 misprint penny a 1977 misprint penny in 1983 misprint penny a 1962 misprint penny and a 1983 misprint penny all of which are missing the fgs near the corner of the White House
