Will there always be 3 die cracks on the reverse of a 1983 penny for it to be classified under class 4 hub doubling, or could it have o ly one or two of the 3 major cracks and still be classified the same?

Yeah, that's an odd one. Is your coin a proof or business strike? There is a fairly minor D/Rotated D but I don't see how it could be mistaken for a D/S. This one should also have a die scratch through E of "UNITED" just for conformation. But a D/S would be a new discovery.

Hello There. Apologies but my Portuguese is quite poor, so I hope I understood your question correctly. As for the coins, the 66 and 69 can be worth anywhere from $15 to $50 in circulating grades. The 1864 has a few quite valuable varieties to check for first. Chief among which is the "Small Motto" variety. Hope this helps

Certifying a coin by pcgs doesn't give a it a value because you will be surprised to find out that your coin is worth nothing after spending a lot of money for grading. It is a very risky business to grade your coin. You can sell your 1922 dollar with 3 errors as it is. I would like to see the pictures of your coin.
