Magnificent descent to Cofete Beach. Part 2. Fuerteventura cycling. 4K

Second part of the ride to the magnificent beach at Cofete in the south of Fuerteventura. It can only be reached by a single road from Morro Jable, the last 20km of which is a dirt track. The road is quite rough in places, but the quality improves in the section leading from the mountain pass down to the beach.
The path down is a gorgeous ride, probably more enjoyable on a bike than in a car as it is quite narrow in places.
There is a mini-bus service (No. 111) twice a day to Cofete (you can see it in the parking lot at the end of the video) and to the lighthouse Faro Punta de Jandia, running from the Bus Station in Morro Jable, but passenger numbers are limited.

Glad you like them! Yes - it's a lovely cycle down to the beach. I was so engrossed that I didn't notice that I was humming happily to myself for part of the journey!
