My sister was deaf every time i come across someone whos deaf it saddens me because she died
Hi was there ever any video done to this reflex your friend bought? Or did your moving make it to we’re your not living close to your friend?
Sorry to be offtopic but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account?
I somehow forgot my account password. I love any assistance you can give me!
@Camdyn Luke instablaster =)
@Forest Phillip Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process now.
Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Hilarious.. your finger flick of the windshield modification was perfect.. I loved it when you talked about the mobile phone holder! Your Expressions the visuals were good bobbing and weaving your head like that.. spot on FACT..
Love your facial expressions Mitch. I couldn’t help but laugh as we are very alike when it comes to mods. It has to be functional, well fitted and look like it’s supposed to be there. No wonder that scooter only got 3000 miles of action. I should think the original owner would only come out after dark.
Great video as always, loving your work!
Thanks for the video Mitch. Buddy just gave me his Reflex after he bought an X-max.
It’s my scooter and I can’t believe I missed this 2 years ago!!!! She’s still running strong and only has 600 more miles.
😎👏🏼👏🏼 it’s Honda 😁
Thank you Mitch. You are terrific at explaining the mods on the 250 Reflex scooter. As well as sharing your memories about your own times on the same kind of one. You are also so expressive and having charisma as well. This was so fun to watch. Especially since I have a much smaller scooter; a 125 Yamaha. When I bought it the mileage was around 3800, it’s over 600. Which is nothing compared to the miles you took across several states to put 68,000 miles! Just terrific.
Your video gave me some great laughs. I just bought a 2005 Honda Reflex 250ABS with 11,000 miles on it, and it has some funky mods, and pinstriping, too! LOL! People cannot resist messing up these classy little scoots! I moved down from a Burgman 650, because in the much heavier traffic in FL where I live now, that 610 LB Burgie felt like a barge, and the 250 is way more than capable enough! Great video, Mitch!
I did the exact same thing, from a Burgman 650, now have an 03 Reflex. My Reflex has plenty of power for my tastes, and I end up riding more often for some reason. Great bike the Reflex!
Love watching your vids!
Super sweet those Honda Reflex.
Oh man, I love the Reflex so much! Great scoot, so much fun. I've got a 2007 Sport and I'll prolly ride it until I can't get parts for it anymore. Your friend at lucky to find one, especially with such low mileage. People tend to hang on to them.
Truly loved this video. Hilarious 😂
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this video! I used to have a Reflex from 2003 to 2008 and had a blast on it! Had a GIVI case and taller windshield, but they actually looked pretty good. The wife didn't like riding on the back though and my work commute got shorter so I sold it and got a Metropolitan. I loved watching you sign as well! Around the time I had my Reflex I was learning ASL at my local community college and even entered their interpreter program.
What a really cool video it's cool to see you have some throwback memories and share them with us thank you for your time and a good laugh you seem like a really cool down-to-earth guy, much love from 1 scooter lover to another
Hey Mitch! It’s awesome to find a video with sign language. I’m deaf too. I’m curious if you made a video about how you fixed that up? I got 2003 Honda reflex nss250. 16K miles. It came with some mods too. I didn’t know about Honda elite. I fell down and now I have to replace left base cover and left front cover by the signaler. I was looking how to do that when I ran into your video.
you're the best Mitch and friends. thanks for your videos
Awesome video Mitch
I love your videos, hugs from Costa Rica 🇨🇷
wow some awesome memories and living life to the full !
I laughed so loud I scared the dog. I’m with you man, those mods are BAD!😂
First time watching your videos and i freaking love them just the way you are is very nice to watch
I had a Burgman 650, now an 03 Reflex. I actually like riding my Reflex more. The Burgman was too heavy and had tons more power and speed than needed. The Reflex is the perfect combo of power, speed and comfort.
I had a mk1 Piaggio X9 back in 2000...did'nt know how similar that machine is to the Piaggio.
The X9 used the Honda power plant as the Reflex...I could get up to 80 mph if i got carried away.
I remember the X9 was a bit heavy for me at first...remember putting my back out just two day's after buying it trying to get it up on it's main stand though i got the knack eventually.
Noticed how the Piaggio had dual disc's on the front...it used to lock up sometime's when it rained probably because Piaggio had planned to upgrade to a 500cc motor the following year.
Great machine in cold weather and i remember doing some light trailing and regular exursion's on the beach.
Look forward to the maintenance video.
Some thoughtful mods! Lovely scoot though, with a little work. Great post.
Love you bud! This is one of your best one's. The other was in the parking garage and the attendant put a sticker on the windshield. That was a good one also.
I am going to go look at a 2002 Reflex project in the morning. Wish you lived in Oregon, I would swing by and get your opinion on it.
Aw yeah totally!
I bought a Yamaha Zuma 50cc two-stroke with a 70cc mod kit, properly done by a pro jetski mechanic from the Seadoo 2-cycle days. Everything about it is right except for comestics. I haven't ridden it on the street, only at the airport. It sounds like you're in a race! Paid too much for it but love the sound!
Love this guy...
You know what Mitch? Your channel way more funny, more content n information, even i really like the way you deliver the information
even you can't talk (i dont know what is the proper word for it)
This is a compliment
Keep working on this channel
I had a gold reflex before my burg 400. It was an awesome scooter and very easy to work on. Strangely, love the burg but miss the reflex
Oooha , what a hotshot on the Photos! lol nice Video !
Hey Mitch im 6foot4 looking for a scooter that would accommodate my long legs for long rides I don't want to go over 300 cc range can you recommend one please
I just got a 2005 Honda reflex ABF 250 runs great newback tire on going to be having some enjoyable times this summer
This guy making the Honda reflex cool now I want one
really enjoyed your review.brilliant.
Funny I have a windshield deflector on my Bergman 650. I absolutely love it! It takes the wind from hitting me directly in the eyes to over my head on the highway. It doesn’t get in the way either :-)
I have fun watching you scooter pro man
It's amazing you've done such long trips on a scooter Mitch, I can't really ride mine for over an hour or two before my back starts hurting. But I'm pretty tall, so it might be that.
Nice guy and interesting video. This scooter is legendary, now I want to know how it feels riding it. Thumbs up. ;-)
Pretty cool 😎
Oh cmone Mitch, you have Christmas lights on yours xD
I really think that wind screen is pretty cool also,,, no wait ,,,,I see what you mean that great big chunk of metal is definitely in the way ,,,be nice if it was clear all way up.
I had exactly the same reaction
Love it!!! I want a reflex in a bad way! The PO messes are always funny to go over.. I have seen some BAD "upgrades" Previous Owners have done on bikes. Mitch I would love a link to more info of your Refelx 250 experience!!! I have a TU250X and I had my hands on a Reflex for 3 days and ended up putting 2K miles on it... Great little scoot! Thanks for sharing!!! Best, -Jedz
You are very cool guys 👍
Theres a 2001 I'm looking at and its in great condition. Im sooo excited because I can drive a scooter at 15 and I could get to school on my own. They are great Mopeds
Out of all the scooters I’ve owned, the Honda Reflex is my favorite.
That's awesome! I had my Reflex for 7.5 years and put 68,000 miles on it... great memories on Reflex!
Great to see you again Mitch. Question: What about that shudder / vibration I'm reading about upon take off on these bikes? I'm guessing that is all about an old or dirty belt and the belt should be replaced. Right?
Hi, can you do a video on valve adjustment on this bike please. Liked and subscribed.
Great video bruh
From Lynden WA? I grew up and still reside in Skagit County. Cool.
What camera and lens did you use for 5:51 photo?
Wow in 2002... I think Nikon SLR with 75-300mm lens I think... right now I am using Sony a6500 with 10-18mm f4 and 18-105mm f/4 lens
MITCH , give me your opinión of 2001 Aprilia scarabeo 150cc with 3.000 miles.
Love your facial expressions!!!! I just bought a 2005 Honda Helix with a trik kit on it. I plan to take the trik kit off. Do you have any experience with Honda Helix? I have never even rode a scooter before. LOL!
when DIY betrays you lol, nice video mitch :D
That elite in the background looks cool
Great video,albeit unusual,but thumbs up.
I have 2003 Honda Reflex me being a taller man I like the windshield extention. Driving down the free way 70 80 mph i don't like laying down For hr at a time. The windshield extention it really helps trust me.
Oh you can take it on off if your just driving in town
Also I look over the top of it I wish they made a windshield 4 inches taller be perfect tell I find one I. Using the exterior so much nicer on the freeway for me also I love your videos did you do any showing working oil change coolant change if so can you share the link
Fantastic. 👍 speed 130km/...
I like scooters with a flat floor board for your feet- so I could stack drinks for transport :)
Nice intro mic!
Salute Bradda
Saw one of these come up for sale in Ohio. Impressed you did so much touring on yours! Did you only use the stock seat?
Sehr sympathisch und ein excellenter Handwerker!!!!
I would love seeeing you work on a classic vespa
According to my local Honda dealer, a Reflex is hard to find nowadays. I got lucky by finding a 2005, 3,000+ miles. Can't wait for the weather to warm up.
Ahh yes it is hard to find one. Wow that's so lucky!! Where do you live?
I live in northern Utah but plan to travel the backroads of Idaho. Utah is beautiful also but it is more traveled. I'm not that experienced in riding. I enjoy your vids. @@MitchsScooterStuff
In Italy (probably in all Europe) that model is called Honda Jazz exactly like the car, which in US it's called Honda Fit. So you have Fit and Reflex and we only have Jazz. Man I'm confused 😂😂
I have a 2010 Honda Elite (110cc?). Looks a lot like that one but not as heavy.
Bill Codey cold start of honda elite
bonita motoneta, dice el dicho que recordar es vivir... que buenos recuerdos en la honda reflex
😄👍🏼
Yes, Ram is very good.
Thats a nice big scooter...be nice to get one for the wife and I
Hey Mitch I'm 5'3, will I be able to flat foot this scooter at a complete stop??
You should be fine at your size, no problems.
this is so hilarious
It's a shame you're all the way down in Texas! I'm a fan of scooters up in the Midwest and I'm gonna be taking ASL courses starting next semester. I'd love to get practice with more real-life phrases like 'adjust the idle screw' and 'why did I buy a TaoTao' :p
I love you bro 🖤
only issue is the turn signals . ugly lol. but its a keeper for sure a nice ride.
Thank you-😄
Yeah, definitely need to modify the mods. It was all done half ass Mickey mouse. Like to see it when you clean it up. btw ,how much was it?✌
I owned one just like this one except it was silver, great machine but did not ride that great over ruff terrain...
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Mitch, those were the worst mods I have ever seen on a scooter! The windscreen above the windscreen? Wow.
I've seen many people did that, I was about to do it and well, I just saved that for a better helmet with less wind noise. lol It's very popular here in Asia, windscreen extender.
68,000 miles? Wow, that must have been your daily commuter. Wish Chicago weather permitted longer 2 wheel seasons.
Yes daily commuter :) I also rode it from Colorado to Arizona then back then Texas to Florida then back... and a lot of long rides around Texas too.
@@MitchsScooterStuff ok, now you're just showing off. Lol
i never wash my scooter. the worse it looks, the less likely it is to get stolen
Same sentiment I go by. Less valuable it looks, the safer it tends to be.
Words of wisdom. Salute
Looks like a heavy scooter. Don't like the fly screens so ugly. By the way cool hair man, looks better long than short. Keep up the interesting videos.
Looks like newbie can't operate scooter.
Not a very heavy bike. Under 400 lbs wet, if memory serves. Takes a bit of practice to pull it off the centerstand while you're in the saddle, though.
My Vespa GTS 300 is 150Kg so 330lbs. Feels light & nimble when it's going as plenty of power.
Pictures of Mitch with short hair... wow... wasn't expecting that.
Its Been Clocked Mate & Badly
I almost got a Reflex. Then a "Big Ruckus" came along. I got the "Big Ruckus".
2003 reflex with 12500 miles sell for $2.3k here in ca....though want to get one.
When saw your video, it looks heavy...passed.
Well I am not a mechanic brain either....ha8.
Yeah reflex is so big for 250cc... it should have 400cc. I sold my reflex years ago for Vespa GTS 250... lighter and smaller ... good size for a 250cc
What is the top speed of That Honda 250?
Mike Murphy About 70 with a tailwind.
Mike Murphy 100+ easy,,i have ,Been there done that. Great bike...
Super sonic dude.
Dennie Milby Dennie, Dennie, Dennie. Mine will cruse at 100 mph plus or minus 30 mph. You are a hoot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nishidake Only if she blows in your ear.
In Italy this scooter is called honda jazz
What kind of wires was the last owner using?!? Jesus Christ!!!
У нас он называется Viper Tornado 250!
