It's a great session thanks for conducting.
Short report-
1.) Average stocks holding: 20-30
2.) Max % capital allocation in a stock: 7%
3.) Capital allocation in 2 trance: 3-4% in 1st and 2-4% in 2nd trance which is 5% above from 1st buy.
4.) Allocate max 30% capital in one sector.
5.) Stoploss 8% from 1st buy and 8% from the 2nd buy which is 5% above the 1st buy.
6.) Don't take more than 1% of risk in single trade.
7.) Exit from stocks below 200DMA without any second thought.
8.) Always manage the risk and reward.
9.) Don't buy stocks based on discretionary. Can book the profit discretionary.
10.) Average holding period of trade 2-3 quarter.
11.) Do your own analysis don't go on tip.
12.) Always try to learn new things and review the mistakes and learn from that and improve your knowledge base.

This was very good. Would have expect more technical specific details in stock screening process, stock relative strength criteria used, stock exiting criteria based on evaluation.
I have one question.. if major stock like hdfc and icici have long position but bank nifty have lot of short position then where market will move.. ??

I don't understand if he has given any important learning over here rather he just kept some book philosophy. These points are very common and the Kind of stock he used here it was just part of bull market. There are many people who doubled or tripled his money in last 2 years market situation. This is not a big deal. just one thing is inspiring, which is his thought process and that he mentioned he used read many books so which potentially help him to put all the point into slide.

Dream folks services has been disappointing in recent quarters.sales have zoomed but profits have lagged far behind. Dec quarter sales growth about 50 percent but net profit growth only 5 percent. Similar is the September quarter results

These results only possible with leverage of 3x to 4x and another reason is not having a fear of losing money because of bull market is started from scratch last year
