Axolotls: play dead to avoid damage and regenerate health. Can probably destroy guardians and elder guardians.

Maybe give them a buff depending on how many you have, packs and that. You could designate a leader as well that the others follow so you don't have to individually command them, idk

I haven’t heard any warden sounds but maybe it can make it a really loud growl or noise that from the surface or higher caves just sounds like a tremor or rumble, but if you get close enough the vibrations are strong enough to actually crack through bedrock.

Ya and when it is nearly light sources around will flick and toy can hear the warden noises from a distance, so terrifying!
Im not complaining at all, im soo glad there finally giving the caves more detail and love, they needed it anyways. but I've been giving it some thought and the end hasn't been updated in a whiiile like 4 years- and I feel like you could add quite a bit to it. Like a liquid that teleports you somewhere when you touch it, different plants, mostly with darker and cooler colors like purple and blue. More mobs. There alot you could add to the end to "brighten" it up.
Edit: one of the plants could be called "dragon scales" and it resembles the ender dragons scale and when you get enough you can craft armor, perhaps stronger then diamond but weaker then nethrite, [ the other edit is fixing my spelling ]
Now that the nether and the overworld have got their beautiful reworks, the end is near..... 😉

I really hope they make the deep dark an "extra layer" below bedrock level, where only certain spots have a hole in the bedrock to up/down travel through. Maybe a weird fungus, or a single skulk growth above bedrock to indicate a hole is nearby. Even better if they just straight up MIGRATE Stronghold generation to deep dark layer, or close to where a bedrock hole would be, and so placing eye of enders might trigger a "warden of the stronghold" (not my idea).

With how many snapshots that they have released already, that makes me think that this update is coming out sooner. Which makes me excited for all of this.
The last video clip of Steve riding his boat down the long waterway in the cave system drops him at the minimum 70 blocks from start to when he hits the water, and there is about 10-15 more blocks underwater when he lands, and assumably a cave system above where he started, so I believe you're correct that the world height might be changed and/or sea level has been risen!

This update feels like a mod it's so weird seeing these things whether it's copper or ghe warden they all feel like their mods specifically the warden, the warden feels like something out of RL craft and the little packs, those feel like the back pack mod
After a time everything will be normal just like the nether update witch looked like a mod too.
You may be right actually about your impression of these updates. Given that wood, stone, iron, gold, and diamond were for the longest time very important resources, it would make sense that things like netherite and copper seem out of place. Finally, the new mobs feel out of style compared to other mobs who have very limited animation and have less details, in a way is similar to how mods usually do it.
That's what I said when I first saw it, doesn't feel like Minecraft but it would be interesting to see ( even just for a moment)
@@MachineHandler In my opinion Minecraft’s style is evolving and to see new mobs that look like this are okay to me. The warden looks out of place because, well, it is. The warden is a mob that has so many different-un heard of features like only reacting to sounds/vibrations that it brings an entirely different aspect to Minecraft. But I think that if they never tried anything new with Minecraft the game would get stale. The new nether biomes were something NOBODY expected. Villager like entities in the nether? “Yeah right,” I would’ve said. I think that if the kept doing updates like 1.9 which literally took like one risk with the combat then the game would become repetitive and samey. The warden is the definition of fantastic game design because it evolves almost every aspect of Minecraft.

To be fair Minecraft dungeons was kinda disappointing, not that it was bad but it was way too short, it had pre-planned dlc (Microsoft like moni)

He can probably break blocks or maybe has the same relative range as the player. Could be wrong but I doubt they'd make a new enemy type, and make it so menacing if it can be defeated in the same way people use to kill iron golems.

In Minecraft Live they said that the above ground biomes and the cave biomes are independent within the last 10 or so minutes :)
When they were talking about the fungus vibrations thing was that to isolate it to only release in 1 direction would have to be wool. The warden is blind, no eyes ect

My thoughts exactly, Jardon. No more modpack mayhem with 20 different copper ores. Just vanilla copper they can all make use of! Though the remaining conflicts there will be shaped, and shapeless recipes. We're gonna need some more crafting benches to make up for this small short coming.

I like how you can find a future use to many new stuff coming up to Minecraft in an enthousiastic way.
So Minecraft is basically evolving into an as-real-as-possible version of the world, but as an RPG. Count me in.
Unfortunately they said on Twitter that the brushing is just a breaking animation like stone cracks, if you stop mid way it just goes full block

@@orphanagearsonist3408 i don't think so, if it can drop an emerald block (emerald being the rarest ore in minecraft), it should be able to drop any kind of block. But, it does look like it's got an RNG factor (as shown in the video where the diamond block disappeared). Maybe there's a chance for it to either appear/disappear (like a 50-50 or something, probably a troll 😅)

@@imnautic9238 it was probably a placeholder. Last year with the nether update, they showed a piglin giving a player diamonds, which definitely never happened
What they should change about the glow squid is there should be an option to spook them then they’ll ink and you should be able to pick up their ink in a bucket to have glowing water and maybe the water will have sparkly particles but you should also be able to put the ink in a cauldron and die it so you can have like a magenta glowing pool

Copper is a really conductive metal so I’m curious to see if that will be reflected in terms of redstone. I also like how it oxidises! If you destroy the block and collect it, would you get the the colour determined by how it looked when you destroyed it or would it revert to the original version?
I thought redstone was the ingame equivalent of “copper” irl. Since its found by mining, its conductive and has eletrical functions, including on/off, signal strengths and such

I think they could make "negative" y coordinates part of the world as well, allowing deeper caves. it seems like it'd be cool to retroactively add caves to the world as it re-renders old chunks, removing bedrock, and then moving the bedrock *down*, and then fill it in with the new stuff.

I have read about axolotls for a school project. Some axolotls have even regenerated small parts of their hearts! Now, what are the Heath points in minecraft?

@@Pepinito16 i mean, your right but....ambience and variety isnt bad either, plus i doubt they'd add a new weapon from iceologer (seeing as that and potential ice farms seem to be the only reason people want it)
Honestly the mob vote shouldn't have had 2 passive and 1 hostile mob to begin with, it just divides the community even more.

Minecraft is such a masterpiece. I'm so happy that the developers still seem to care a lot about its content, as well as the community. I hope it's a long time until the updates stop coming. (Also, a hardcore or regular survival series when the new update comes out would be fricking swick. Imagine how much cooler an underground survival series would be with this new cave generation :D)

Now imagine being in hardcore and encounter the warden when you go deep into the caves... you’re basically dead at this point!
microsoft has said they want to keep updating minecraft for 100 years so we might not be alive for the last update :)

Except for the inside joke thing at 20:03 because I literally had no clue what you were trying to say or talking about besides that they are planning on adding a new mob that others voted on. This is one insane Update, and I am so excited that I started playing minecraft again after so long, since they are finally deciding to add more to the game after what seems like forever.

I've found more in the nether than I have found in the overworld. I've only found ~3 in the overworld, two of them were because of chuck errors
@@emeraldone530 they're much more common in the nether. MUCH more common. They're primarily in specific biomes in the over world.. But I forget what those biomes are..

I love how they have the dev of the aether mod at mojang. That and an actual cave update shows how much love there is for the community

I used to have axolotls when I was younger, when they get out of water, they turn into salamanders over time. One of them escaped and turned into a salamander and one is still alive in a pond in my garden.
