I’m struggling with sciatica from a month now. Can’t walk, can’t sit at all. At bed rest nearly from one month, only get up to use toilet. Searched a lot on internet, thank you I finally get this video. I have pain when I flex but my physio said no to little arm extension exercises. But I did it after watching your video and it really helped. Thank you so so much.

@Seph it would seem you looking here for options. I would look at the major possibilities and see which feels most like your issue: look up periformis muscle, psoas muscle, and sacro-illiac issues. It is very likely you have a muscle group that went into spasm.
Also, there's a no risk home remedy. If you can figure out which muscle is in spasm and then get it to relax for 90 seconds, it might be your key to freedom. So, if the pain goes away or decreases a whole lot in a certain position, hold that position for 90 seconds. It can't hurt anything, and it may cure the problem like a miracle. What happens is it allows blood flow and then the muscle can leave its spasmodic state.
I'm having a thing right now where I can't figure out what is in spasm. I'm beginning to think I either have a spinal compaction issue or that I managed to get the whole pelvic floor into spasm, such that releasing one just reignites another đŸ„ș

if the pain in 8/10 id stay the fuck away from ibrophen and have a bath and ice n heat packs
5/10 id get on the floor and very slow light stretches along with ice after
      4/10 same as 5
      3/10 same as 5
      2/10same as 5
      1/10 same as 5
without sounding a asshole try n stay active yeah its gonna hurt like fuck but i found the more ur mobile the more it losens up etc and if u jus lie or sit 4 a few days when u eventually get up its still there and your stiffer then u was originally.. im currently bed bound myself 10/10 for me .. because them supermans from this vid destroyed my back i over did it got 2 confident and boom here i am tramadolled up ice pack on :(

I have near constant (although it randomly disappears sometimes or goes unnoticeable) mild low back muscular pain that may be related to my spine. I have ZERO pain in catcow/camel and I do it before every workout for spine health. I don't get back pain after lifting, but sometimes in a deadlift I have discomfort in what I believe to be my sacrum or coccyx. It doesn't hurt but it's alarming and scares me tbh. Also the pain is localized bilaterally in my lower back and upper glutes. But I also randomly feel a tight stiff spot in my mid spine. It randomly will feel like something is there but then go away after 2 days. It's a pinpoint spot that doesn't move. And one time, during my workouts, my entire back would get completely stiff. Not just the low back - the entire back. But this happened for 2 weeks then randomly went away and never happened again - although recently, occasionally my lower back will randomly feel stiff then go away. I can't figure out what's wrong and medical professionals haven't been able to either.

Guys guys all who are suffering from Lumber Sprain: People! It will only go away if you take proper rest and let your injured muscles heal. During healing massage is best along with acupuncture and light stretches. Rest as much as you can. It won't stiff your muscle. You are allowed to do your daily routine work like going to toilet and making quick breakfast. Once you are feeling good with no pain symptoms then start doing these exercises to strengthen your muscles. Some idiot Dr told me to keep active and I couldn't get better in 3 weeks and now just once week of rest I'm feeling good. Rest is the key to poor injured muscles

Hi guys, I greatly appreciate your videos. Question: Occasionally I get lower back spasms during/after barbell back squats. They typically incapacitate me for a day or more and the pain seems to migrate around the upper glute, mid back region. Do you know how common this problem is from squatting and what is generally the issue? I'm at a loss as to how to prevent them and treat them besides walking around + time ('reprogramming'). Tight hamstrings? Tight hip flexors? Weak glute medius? There's just too much (mis)information on the web to filter. Thanks in advance for your help!

ove this back pain guideline, MyBackPain7.blogspot.com
! I find it too good to be true at the beginning but when I applied it last night, I find myself with a relieved back next thing early in the day. Sent this to my mom and dad. As anticipated, they are also astonished and amazed of this guide. Ideal for back pain..?

It's called a cat/camel exercise, not cat/cow. Plus, the disc never protrudes but the inner gel-like material called nucleus pulposus does. You guys need to brush up on anatomy and physiology before explaining. Still, good video.

Because when you do yoga with a bad posture it's making things worse, unless you have a real good guruji watching over your stances.
