President Duterte has chosen for a cabinrt position personalities like Mark Vilar and Gina Lopez who probably he already have known to have some conflict of interest in their respective post. I think the President is showing to the Filipinos that these two can deliver the service expected from them putting love of country over personal interest and this kind of trust the President afforded them is a big challenge. Let us judge them by the kind of response they would give to the people and the President.
