Being with a "V" is awkward and painful -- and I'm talking about for BOTH people. It would be much better for the guy to be the "V" and the female to be the experienced one. But that's not really what the world wants. The longer a guy waits, the more he is viewed as some sort of "loser." It is not a trait that is valued/celebrated.

I am so sorry that happened to you. I hope you are recovering from it. Therapy has helped me to try to move on and be less fearful. But once that happens long after it is over, the trauma never goes away. It is embedded in you.
I was stalked for over a year by my ex. I did not have enough evidence against him for the PD to take it seriously. They said well he hasn't physically harmed you so there is nothing we can do. The fact that DV and stalking is not looked at as more dire is the saddest thing because it always escalates and most of the time it ends in death.
The physical response I had when someone at work was doing it to me was the same feeling of terror, panic, anxiety and I was shaking. You never know how far they will go. The thought that you don't know what a person who is doing this to you is capable of makes you not even want to leave your house. Again, I filed multiple harassment claims against him and was told well, he isn't saying much to you and has not touched you, the only thing you can do is keep filing against him. He was nonverbally doing things to intimidate me. There are cameras everywhere in the warehouse! He found out my new schedule and came in when I was there, did things to be near me when it was not time for his shift....ect....I quit and he is still there and probably harassing some other poor girl.

I love how Christiana always goes the extra mile with her reaserch. Even tho she covers very public cases, I always learn new and important details in her videos.

Right! That's exactly why I watch every single thing she posts. Cause it's not always the same details as every other video.

I wonder why she does that? What is in it for her? She never replies to people in email or comments

Please don't apologize for the longevity of this video, because it's much better and more entertaining to have someone take time to tell these stories. For me personally, in my opinion, I appreciate youtubers who take the time to heavily research and report on these cases. It shows your commitment to the victims, as well as to your subscribers and viewers. But that's just me. This channel is definitely one of my favorites, but (no offense), Stephanie Harlowe is so amazing at this! She sometimes makes 2, 3, and 4 videos just to cover one story, and that's because she has so much respect for the victims that she feels it's only right to put the time in to telling their stories. Of course, that's just my own humble opinion. God bless.
