Metal Detecting A Woods Mystery: Coins And MOAR!

- Please join me and friends as we explore a woods and stream trying to figure out the origins of a mysterious "cellar" type hole and several other nearby abandoned structures. At first I thought it might be an early homesite, but the lack of buttons and other early homelife artifacts has me questioning that. I do get a good education on how the police dig trenches looking for murder victims, it's a long story, but if you watch the video you see. By the looks of that place it appears it may have been a tannery. We have a place nearby here that resembles that place alot....
I live in Prescott Arizona and it's cold and wet here right now...so I can't get out detecting right now.

I love the sound of a train passing by. Where I live at night you will hear the passing it's about 4 miles away. It's the most peaceful yet lonesome sound!!!

You said that area was rough. I’ll tell you what’s rough - your friend was speaking so softly I had to turn the volume up. The dang commercials, which I know you have no control over, come in with the volume blasting. I listen using headphones, and it almost deafens me.

I am hoping, that when my rich uncle gets out of debtors prison, I will be able to afford a metal detector. I think it would be great exercise and more fun than the law should allow...Great videos, and better than any scripted reality show on television.

I thought you had like a 09 truck. Is that one newer? I have an 09 f350 bought it new and it still smells new. I think I just hit 78000 on it. What's funny is I worked for the railroad and traveled the country and all I drove was a Kia optima. The Kia is still my car for detecting. Kia 500 miles a 15 gallon tank ford 350 mile per 32 gal tank.

Good location for hunting anything looks like! That train was going real fast I'm in Tennessee and I've never seen a train that fast in person like beaucephus! 😎💨
Right!?!? Ive never seen a train even go half that fast. I would hear people would get hit by trains and die and could never wrap my head around how that was possible but now I see :O

What other evidence would be a clue if 90 years ago, homeless American lived in those woods in what might have been back then in an timber abandoned buildings. Now long torn down. Would local people know where the camps would have been or was it just a few nights here and there.
Camping out in the woods, keeping a low profile, by a source of fresh water to use.

I have the same yellow Garrett i bought it cause of the chigg
so did I, I got a 400i and I bought it at an Aquachigger and Relic Recoverist Jocelyn meet and greet, The Chigg signed my box, I got stickers and and a photo. I also parked next to the Chigg Rig. He is a lovely guy!

If they're near the King's Highway, they're somewhere near South Carolina (knowledge from the movie The Patriot with Mel Gibson and Heath Ledger).
The King's Highway was 1,300 miles long. The Amtrak will give you a clue as to were they are and they aren't south of Washington D.C.
Def aint south carolina, i live there and it does not look like that at the moment. Id say far north as well

The Amtrak shown at the end runs from Washington DC to New York City. It starts north of the Potomac.
My dad and brother are the ones with him. I won't say exactly where but it's an area in Maryland.
