I mean... He 100% has control over it. He ordered food, got the wrong food, and decided to live with the mistake. Even the mistaken charge. Instead of just... You know... Complaining? Wherever he ordered it from would have reimbursed him. If it were Burger King itself, they would have fixed it. This is just stupid.

@@andyumster Think you hit the nail on the head there. Never see food steaming on camera, so I always figure he has them delivered via doordash or something. Could even be a rural area, I know the fast food around me closes pretty early most nights.

Considering how pervasive the quality control issues are at this Burger King, I think corporate has already narrowed down the potential culprits to somewhere on the Mid-Atlantic Seaboard maybe.
Shuttering or selling at loss to another franchiser are the only options. The bad franchises are being sued by BK parent RBI for breach of franchise agreements 🤝

I tried one last week. The ad looks like a nice chicken tender, but I opened it up to see and it was just a half of a dry chicken sandwich patty, like the cheap kind you buy a bag of at the grocery store.
$8 for a $2 wrap 🤦♂️. This is why I don’t fast food anymore. That $8 could easily gave you 2lbs of ground turkey. These fast food restaurants is out of control.
They have a “The King of Wrap” that you can get a wrap, Whopper, fry and Coke, if you _really_ want to punish your digestive system.
The problem is that, under capitalism, most people don't have time to actually cook for themselves. That's how places like this stay in business.

I tried the honey mustard wrap, the biggest problem I have is that they don't seem to have figured out that a tortilla-type wrap should be heated up a bit and not just taken straight out of the package onto the sandwich board. That and the chicken wasn't all that hot by the time I got it. But then, this is Burger Cold we're talking about, Home of the Unmelted Cheeseburger.
How Burger King is still in business is beyond me. All they've had is L after L.

Burger king has really gone down hill. I used to work for them in a lower management position and when I worked for them, quality was always good, service speed, mattered and customer service was top priority. Ever since late 2020 Burger king has gone downhill. Slow service, cold, sometimes not even fully cooked food, and hostile service.
I came into my local location once after they omitted two burgers from a meal with receipt, my burgers were literally sitting under the expeditor heatlamps, and they claimed that I just took my food out of the bag before coming in and they won't give me anything. Then dared me to call the cops when I insisted saying they'll have me trespassed. I did them one better, I called their district who I still had the number of from back when I worked for the company. The store manager refused to talk to him on my phone saying that they don't believe I'm talking to him, so he called the store directly and chewed them out himself.
Got my food comped, but it's ridiculous how far they've fallen and how you have to 'know someone' to even get basic service. It was funny seeing her face when I hung up my phone, and the store phone started ringing and I said, 'You might want to get that.'

@PropaneWP ha. Just a few minutes after posting this I went to mcd. I ordered a spicy mccrispy. But at the first window I noticed they charged me for a hot n spicy mcchicken. Luckily I caught that and had them refund and get me the mccrispy instead.

KFC wilfully sent me corn instead of mash the other day. How do I know? Bc they threw in two cookies and somebody wrote "sorry! X" on the correctly printed ticket 😂

As always, you included some humor delivered with a straight face :) And it's good to see Burger King maintained their standards of excellence and that's why I remain a loyal customer. The frequency I visit Burger King is once every 30 years now - at least the last visit was 30 years ago. This is sad, because I used to love the Whopper, but it appears BK stopped using their "flame" broilers or maybe they had them removed and sold - at any rate they no longer broil the burgers and after cooking the burger patties by whatever method, they store them in a pile to be pulled out later, assembled with whatever condiments and then warmed up to the temperature of lava to make the bread as soggy as possible. At least that's my store - your may not pay the same attention to detail.
The Burger King himself is heading to that restaurant to throw the manager on the grill for getting Reviewbruh's order wrong.
All with the same creepy expression on his face the whole time.

I'm actually eating one of each of these at this moment. The taste is pretty good, I think. I like having the option to get wraps - I wish every fast food place would keep them on the menu. What's disappointing to me is the size. I expected each wrap to be about twice as large, and so I was disappointed when these are all that I ordered.

No, their motto should be “Don’t expect edible tasty food from us. No expectations means we might exceed them”.
The last time I went to BK was about a year ago and they got 5 of the 7 parts of my order wrong. If it weren't for the fact that the receipt was on the bag and there were literally no other customers I would have thought they mixed mine up with someone else.
That location (and most others in my area) have all closed now.
I think BK finally broke him. (EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!) I was seriously beginning to think he was about to tear up over them messing up his order. He legitimately looks hurt and depressed, wanting to try the Honey mustard chicken sandwich, and having to begrudgingly settle for a floppy chicken wrap. The thing is that no one from corporate will contact ReviewBrah, apologize, and try to make things right. Nor will anyone from that particular store. Indeed, if he goes back with his receipt, they'll treat him like he's pulling a fast one, won't apologize, and everything will remain the same with no attempt to improve the quality of their food or service. And enough people will continue to patronize BK enabling them to continue making huge profits. That's how things work nowadays, in every aspect of our lives.

This same exact thing happened to me at burger king last week!!!! I was quite dismayed to receive a wrap when I specifically asked for a Sandwich. When I asked, two separate workers acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. It was a bizarre experience, but apt for Burger King nonetheless

This is why you always check your order before driving off or leaving, too many times have gotten wrong items or not even the item I ordered and they know odds are your not going to drive all the way back.

It's funny because in a quite a few countries I've visited BK is totally fine like on McD level of decent fast food depending on what you want - but everytime I hear about it, or see it, in the US it seems so awful haha.

When I worked there for as a teenager for minimum wage, there was a special buy one get one free original chicken sandwich so the manager made us double up the amount of raw chicken patties in the fry baskets. Dozens of people came back sick and pissed off. The owner John Barto personally came down and assured everyone it wasn't burger king's fault. That's John Barto, owner of many fine BK franchises in Pennsylvania.
I feel that BurgerKing and Jack In The Box are competing for who can scam the most people with wraps. Both places recently released these chicken wraps that are small, underwhelming, and over priced!

This exact same thing just happened to me. They rang me up for the sandwich, handed me the wrap, and slammed the window in my face. I blocked the drive-thru until they agreed to fix it.
The best thing that happened to one of the BK's in my area was they shut down and converted to a Popeyes.

Oh my god, this exact same thing happened to me this morning. I went through the drive thru and they rang me up for the sandwich but made a wrap. They caught the mistake before giving it to me, but I honestly did not have 5 minutes to wait for the chicken to cook because I had a meeting. I just took the wrap and asked them to toss a couple cheeseburgers in because the wrap is like $4 cheaper than the sandwich. I thought the wrap was OK, but the honey mustard was all piled up on one side instead of being spread around so I got big mouthfuls of honey mustard or none at all.
Also known as the "3/4 Wrap"..Because it's 3/4's empty.🤪

You should check the bag at the restaurant parking lot before you take off back home to avoid this from happening over and over. I do it all the time, least you want is to find out your 20 piece nugget or whatever is missing or the wrong portion size and youre back home disappointed. They took your money too.
I ordered all 3 wraps for a deal during my lunch the other day. I wanted to try all 3 so I knew which one id like the most. And they gave me 2 originals and 1 spicy. I still have to try the honey mustard one now. BK needs to fix an obvious problem they have.
My boys got a china plate and steakhouse silverware for a BK review. One more reason we all love him.
Our Burger King has improved, but you used to have to check the bag to make sure everything was in there. We were often shorted and when you go several miles to get him, it ends up just a hassle!

The fast food places have been messing up my orders lately. I’ve been living here almost 3 years, and the mistakes are usually few and far between. My last 4 meals, all at different places, have been either missing items, or giving the wrong items. It is very frustrating.
Haven’t watch a video from this dude in a long time. Happy to see how much his channel has grown and how well received it is
