due to the unscrupulous way nch charges for upgrades, although slightly discounted, i've upgraded to 10.96 from 10.45 as webcam recording always crashed the system. as you can see it now works perfectly. this was a software compatability issue with the new higher spec laptop as old pc runs it on windows 7 with crap hardware/software lol
