Join North of England Walking Tours as we walk around Newcastle University’s campus. We start at the Philip Robinson Library before walking across the Central Motorway to the Great North Museum (Handcock Museum). We see the entrance to the Hatton Gallery and various establishments that form the Student’s Union before walking around the original red brick buildings of the University.
Walking along Queen Victoria Road, we see the Great North Children’s Hospital and the Stephenson Building. We walk through the Quadrant and past the magnificent Architecture Building and then onto the Student’s Union. Kings Gate is next before walking a final loop back over the Central Motorway and ending back at the Philip Robinson Library.

This video was filmed in Newcastle following the nationwide lockdown due to Covid-19. The video takes place during the 'eased' lockdown, hence why there are significantly fewer people on the streets and certainly less traffic than you might expect.
