BUT you won't believe how well the space is used and how comfotable it is inside! The bathroom is better than most single family home bathrooms. The majority of the house is only 8 feet wide, while the largest portion of the home is 10.5 ft wide. This property just came on the market today in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington DC. It's brand new construction from the ground up. The parcel of property was so small that the previous owner deeply-discounted it to a developer to see if they could do anything with it.... and boy did they!

I will say that the builder made very good use of the small space he had . I was expecting it to feel claustrophobic. But the constant light and tons of windows makes it feel bigger than it is . I thought it was only 6 ft wide . 8-10’ is better. But still not very wide . It’s a beautiful place . I just can’t imagine spending $600 grand . But I’m a middle aged woman who grew up and turned 18 when rent was $275-$300 and you could buy a mobile home for $10 grand , homes were as low as $25 grand . I’m now seeing why my parents and grandparents always said “ In my day , you could… ( fill in the blank ) “ . 😂

I love it. But there's not even a remote chance I'd pay 5 million for that. There's a lot of houses I understand. This is cute and nice for sure. But no it's not 5 million
It's barely worth 400k
