Excelent video, thanks a lot, for people who has a little background on illustrator is great, people with zero knowledge of illustrator wants you to give the basics of it.

That turtorial is very very helpful for a design I wanted to create but could not a way to do it just with th tools I already knew. BUT, I really have no Idea what happens after minute 8:40 - the part where the head of the snake gets added to the brush. Can anybody help me please with this detail?

Very cool..probably figure this our but I missed how you make the different brush patterns of head and tail automatically become beginning and end of path? By using multiple art boards? That’s the only part I want to be sure of.. great no nonsense tutorial. Thanks!

Why I can't select Pressure on the scale option? It only allows me to select Fixed. Great job
Pressure only works if you have a graphic tablet :)

anytime i go to drag the head into the same brush, i get a new brush prompt. It won't just add it to the snake body.

When i go to create brush, the drop down menu only has fixed and not pressure and the rest of the options...How do i access the other options?

Bro I took 2 hours to do this for my snake to have spaces in between every pattern
@ 9:10 when I try to drag the snake head to the pattern brush it creates a pattern for the head

@@8oh1livin34 you have to click alt as you drag it into the brushes (F5 brings those up). Any one have any idea how to get the snake head to have a background of white without any extra? The wand tool i'm getting lost at.

It's the guides! I had the same issue, hide the guides and then select everything.

I cant put snake head to the same brush
you have to hold the alt key when you drag it on windows
This would have been nice if it were an actual tutorial not a speedy version of look what I can do. Not helpful.
