What recipe do you use for whipped cream frosting?

I use 100g whipped cream (powdered), 1/4cup cold water and 10g powdered milk. Mix everything together for 5mins or until it's doubled in size.
If you're not in Nigeria or you don't have powdered whipped cream around, kindly use the liquid and skip the water part... Hope this helps?
