Hey Tiggy, always nice to see you. I supply shops with my soaps etc and have been thinking (procrastinating) about going online and selling direct, although I don't want to end up working 60-70 hours a week!!. I keep putting it off because of the mind bending issue of postage and packaging so it was good to know a business account with the RM would make it easier. Thanks for that. x

I need the similar solution but in Australia as aus post prices and sizes and the back and forth between customers always leaves me feeling totally defeated :( I'm only just starting out though,maybe there's a simple solution I just haven't thought of yet..

Hey Tiggy, not sure if this will help you out but I know how much ink you can go through printing labels and such so if you don't already use them, have a look at a company called cartridgesave for ink cartridges, might help you save a few extra pennies :)
Looking forward to having some spare cash myself to order a bar of smoke and mirrors (my youngest stole my bar of peppermint cocoa and won't give it back, she loves it

This comment is super late but I just found your channel recently and I love watching your videos! I have a brick and mortar shop where I sell soaps and bath products and I'm transitioning into having an online store as well. You mentioned that a soap sold out in store that someone online purchased - I was wondering how you keep track of inventory in the shop and online? I've been trying to figure out the best way to handle that, and I'm not sure if I should invest in a barcode system or if it's better to just adjust the stock manually.

I do it manually. Footfall is not massive, I don't have queues in the shop so....
