  • A typical day of eating for my toddler Ayla! Every toddler is different, and the most important thing to me is that Ayla eats a variety of nutritious foods. What does your toddler eat in a day? Do you have any snacks you recommend we try out? Let me know in the comments!

My daughter was eating everything by the age of 1.5 years, and then she became a different child overweight. Didn’t want anything. Now she is two, and having at least one parent to eat with her for dinner helps a lot. What also helps is to pretend that this food is not for her, but if she asks, we give it to her. That way she is very interested to eat and sometimes finish the meal.

My boyfriend and I were just saying how everyone goes through a toast obsession! Everyone goes through a phase where they love love toast. When I was 15 I used to eat about 10 slices a day lol. Love you susan

LOL I’m sitting here with my husband and we totally agree with you both. Haha I loooooved toast as a kid. It was my favorite snack for a long time. I’d put butter on both sides then one day I started sprinkling cinnamon sugar on top. SO GOOD. Husband says he would just use lots of butter.

I’m not a doctor! But, I also hated all kinds of milk as a baby and throughout childhood. I ended up being diagnosed with an anaphylactic allergy at 8. Most times children grow out of it by childhood but, it’s the number one most common allergy in toddlers! Maybe get it checked out! I was told I hated it because subconsciously I knew it made me ill.

*My last baby was a picky eater too and never really liked milk as well, so I did the same with the nutrient dense foods to keep up the calories! Btw, I’m loving all the puff sleeve tops lately!! So pretty!!!😍🥰😍*

My baby is a few days apart from ayla and she also just swipe the tray when she is done o feel like all i do is clean her mess the whole day 😂
Btw i think it's better to give them fruit before the meals insted of after because they will ferment over food in our stomachs amd on empty stomachs its better digested (sorry dont want to be annoying just trying to help)

I have the exact same reaction with my daughter, who's Ayla's age, she knows exactly what she does want to eat or try but some foods she's just refuse immediately even though she used to like them when we started solids. 2019, Year of the Pig in China! :D These natives know what they want, good characters but very strong minds.

Neither of my sons would drink any type of milk! Don’t worry about it at all. I honestly just told the doctor they drink it so she wouldn’t give me grief. Their blood levels are all good. They eat cheese or yogurt and get their needs met just fine with their healthy diets.
