thank you - one thing that i couldn't figure out at first was when you go to import the song a note at the bottom of the screen under my tracks says "can not import a song that is locked or not locally on your iphone" - made me think I had to unlock my own track somehow- then I read I had to drag the track (but how?- it wasn't working at first) but then it worked. Thank you for you post :)

you can download it by mp3juice web! download the song you want, tap the the loop button ➰, tap at files, then get the downloaded song from the files app :) hope this helps.

for me when I insert a beat it's not long enough like it plays a few seconds of it then it just restarts the beat

Looks like you've bought them from itunes
Download the song via Itunes on your PC or Mac and convert the song into MP3 and then copy the MP3 to your iPhone/iPad. If it‘s a song you didn‘t purchase and you just have it on Apple Music it will not work.

iTunes music doesn’t work as of the release of the XR as far as I’m aware... it’s still an option but all music in iTunes is protected so won’t import

Big shout coming at you from the UK! Your video of downloading a track from youtube helped immensely problem I’m having is when I record my vocals separate it records some of the song in the actual recording and so whe. I play back it sounds really echoing and then when it goes past my record vocals volume goes higher as backing track alone is playing hope this makes sense and I get a response thank you 🇬🇧
Maybe turn down the volume of the backing track. Also make sure when you are singing to keep your mic and body at one level so the volume isn't all over the place.

Eq, that's the best way just look up how to eq
Use a mic and headphones then light eq and compression. Good luck!👍🏾

Sunethra Piyasena go to the loop sign then go to music . Music is where you'll find the music library in your phone . If u want audio files then click import from iCloud in audio file

Yes it has to be . If you can save your stems to your files and drag them in that way that would work
