Yay to our first episode! Today we’re starting with the wonderful Delina. (make sure to follow her on IG @delinamedhin !!!) She’s a very talented makeup artist that celebrate beauty with all her heart.
She doesn’t use makeup as a way to change your features. But just to enhance them. Today we wanted to share our video, to learn from each other how depending on our skin tone, a classic red lips look will differ. What kind of blush or red lipstick will fit us better.
One thing we both agreed on is the copper touch in the eyes ! Best match ever for a bold lip.

I agree that they're both gorgeous, but we can lift each other up without tearing other women down. While things like fake lashes and extreme contouring might not be everyone's cup of tea, some women enjoy those things and you shouldn't look down on them for what they enjoy and what makes them feel beautiful.

Totally do a video about acne. I have exactly the same regional distribution of the little friends.... frustrates me whenever I attempt to cover them. Congrats on the re-launch~!

So nice to see someone on this channel that has blemishes! Not everyone has the luxury of just putting a little concealer around their nose and mouth and feeling great. In including other women on your channel, you are including more viewers with diverse skin types!
I am loving this series already! I love how effortless she makes applying makeup with her fingers. I need to learn that technique.

And Delina is just amazing! i can't believe i never knew of her before! She has the exact same skin tone as me and I loved how she talked about pigmentation problems with her skintone especially after acne because I have that issue too! But its so hard to find people out there on social that do makeup like her and on her skintone like hers. And I love that we're getting to see more imperfections pre makeup. Like I struggle with dark circles and I used to think that I would never be able to use your natural finger application techniques cause I thought I'd need something heavy duty. But your videos have really gotten so much more real

When I first tried this essence mascara few years ago I fell so much in love so I was not able to change it ever since. I just feel like anything I try is not so good ❤️ it’s also really cheap so it’s really worth it 🥰

The whole concept is amazing! When I found your channel it felt like blessing haha I couldn't believe that there is finally a makeup artist without any contouring stuff and fake lashes. Your channel really helped me to get over of my fear of makeup.

Omg lash princess from essence is such a beautiful baby, I love that mascara. Generally I use the same one Delina’s using (the “volume effect” one), but I just bought the green one (the “false lashes effect” or something like that), haven’t tried that yet but I have very high hopes for that one too.

I love how your videos even from before are authentic and simple. This video is so cute, it’s like me talking to my best friend about makeup and trying to help each other and find solutions. I have a question. I love the idea of red, but I have quite thin lips with upper lip much smaller than the bottom. I feel like I look funny with red lips and that it enhances the worst part of my features. How to cope with this problem?

Hi Violette - This was fabulous. Delina is so lovely. I feel like ive just made a new friend. Beautiful aesthetics from both yourself and Delina. So inspiring.
Also, i lost approx. 30- 40% of my hair due to iron anaemia deficiency, a condition called menorrhagia (extremely heavy blood loss each month) and hormonal imbalance. I drink hydrolised beef gelatin in the evening and aloe vera juice in the morning (which is ideal for gut health and hair). I have found in time - my hair feels very thick where the new growth is emerging. Much love from Australia xx
