I love that Jen doesn’t have perfect skin. I also much prefer The French Girl makeup style as opposed to the LA girl. Less is best!!

Marcelina P indeed... I love Emily’s videos but the other makeup related videos feel so uninspired in content lately... I personally don’t care for the cooking videos or the yoga ones so I don’t watch those.
@@yunsuuu Thats what I like too!! Everyone has a little "Violette essence" but I think that also just means being very true to yourself and highlighting your own kind of beauty.

I thought I had tried everything to get a nice winged liner on my hooded eyes. I haven't worn or really even attempted a wing in probably 2 years and just tried that quick "L" trick and omg it worked! Thank you for that tip!

Obsessed. I applied a classic smokey eye on a client over the weekend, and I didn't apply eyeliner to the look because I didn't think it was completely necessary, however, she thought it needed it, so I included the liner. After watching this video, I can explain the benefits of a look without eyeliner to clients, moving forward. So chic and effortless, the french way. Thanks Violette!

Melasma responds very well to Fraxel laser. I got rid of my pregnancy melasma in 5 sessions over 6 months and it never came back (15 years now)
I have a lovely old Chanel navy liner called "Le Ligne de Chanel". I've had it for about 30 years and will start using it again!

I am Italian and here Kiko is not a big deal as a brand, but that blue eyeliner... I am gonna buy it asap!
They do not have much product placement on youtube and Instagram but every time I went in their shop there are castomers there who buy things! I don't know why, maybe their products are popular between women tho like simpler makeup for every day and don't follow trends.

Well, it's not that it is a low quality brand, but I used to buy makeup there as a teen, so I don't take it too seriously now lol I prefere Sephora. However, recently I've bought a kiko duochrome eyeshadow and girls, it is amazing!

Melasma and cloasma is actualy very comon on brunettes around the mouth causes are pregnancy, the pill, genetics and mostly the sun. Ususaly a red base concealer does the trick and in some cases a chemical peel in winter can realy do wonders. Still we xant escape our genetic fabric 🤗 loved the liner 💓

Violette, I have green eyes and red hair. I always end up using brown eye shadow, sometimes matte sometimes shimmery, but I would love to know which other colors look good on green eyes! Love your channel so so much.

Everyone commenting on how hyper Jen sounds: I think it’s the editing of the video. the video is cut off at the end of every sentence and then the pause between sentences is cut off which makes it sound like she’s talking a 100 mph even when she probably isn’t. Also yes she is talking a lot but I love how passionate she sounds- she actually seems to love makeup and what she can do with it!
