Because of your gunpla video on your main channel, I'm now stumbling my way down a rabbit hole and I know once I'm on the otherside I'm gonna end up with gunpla model arriving at my door step. For real though I've been wanting to get into a hobby like this for a while now and I've always thought Gundams looked amazing. I've never watched the show but I may have to start watching it while building some kits. Thank you for opening my eyes to this dope hobby but also my bank account hates you. Also I've been a big fan of your content quite a while now and I always look forward to your uploads, thanks for being you.
The sad thing is, I use a set of four sided sanding sponges meant for nails from a pound shop (your equivalent to a dollar store) and works like a feckin treat. The sides have 'file, smooth, buff, shine' and gets rid of nub marks and scratches like nothing else.
What £ shop did you get them from? Fellow brit here and I'd like some lol
@@Herpinful it's a pack of brightly coloured sponges from either Poundland or Poundworld, though you probably could find them in either.
My local hobby shop sells a bunch of those specific version with 4 steps and 2 sand paper types that shit is good but 1 of the sand paper side hates water sadly.

Just finished spray painting a Gundam MK 2, some parts didn't go well but I'm overall satisfied. Got me motivated to get a air brush because I think the results would be even better and still not take as much time as hand painting.
Any tips I just got my mk2
@@Paradox_911 I wish I had some sage wisdom to give. Typically I just build them and go with the flow. The legs for me took the longest to build but overall the kit is pretty quick to assemble. Actually as I was typing this I remember that building the MK2s shield was the weirdest part of all, with a good chance of breaking something. You should review the manual on the shield assembly before doing it. I don't know why they made it so weird to build this time around.
Oh, those guide tapes would be nice to help me paint Warhammer models.
One thing you can do to, as far as I can tell, get a similar product, is take a popsicle stick of whatever size you want, take some foam double sided tape and put your sandpaper of choice on it, cut to size

why would you use the white balancer to get glossy finish if your gonna paint? I thought gloss made painting worse or harder.

Been looking forward to a review of this thing. I have the first one the put out and while I enjoy using it the shape is kinda fucky for getting at certain points.
