1. I look up to Sue as a rational thinker when it comes to critical matters.
2. We went to watch this new movie on a whim.
3. I have a gut feeling she is not going to turn up to the party.
4. I have to weigh up these courses for my career. I will mull it over the yearend. However, deep down I am more into the culinary.
5. I have a hunch we will be short-staffed tomorrow.
Hopefully, these are correct.
Love from the beautiful country Pakistan🇵🇰
I'm mulling over the idea of watching this video over and over again.

I clicked the like button on a whim when I saw your face ❤😊
Many many thanks
dear sir.... is there different between waiting and expecting??
Would you mind if I inform you about a matter? I have a basic understanding of both the English language and grammar. However, I face a significant challenge in understanding English when listening to another person. My listening skills are not strong, and I believe I lack wisdom in English pronunciation. Now, I am determined to improve. Please help me overcome this issue. Lastly, I kindly request you to create a video covering English pronunciation for each letter, the rise and fall of intonation, and tips to enhance listening skills. Thank you.
❤❤❤❤
Thank you for your comment. Start by watching videos with English subtitles to connect spoken words with their written form. Regarding pronunciation, I have a comprehensive pronunciation course where I cover most of the sounds + intonation.
@@LearnEnglishwithHarry Thank you very much for your reply. I will watch your suggested video and I hope that I will be benefited. I will inform you later about my any problems which I will face . Thank you again 😊😊😊.
Happy Merry Christmas ⛄⛄❤️❤️
Hello Teacher Harry how to learn phonetics in English?
Hello do you have any book written on vocabulary
Work in progress. Thanks for the suggestion
Sir could you please make a video diffrenciating prescriptive grammar and traditional grammar because to me they sound the same. The difference between descriptive grammar and prescriptive grammar is understandable but prescriptive and traditional grammar seem same can you please make a difference?
I’m not sure what you mean by prescriptive grammar. Could you please explain?
I have a hunch you are going to pass the exam
what is the difference between doing something on a whim and taking a spontaneous decision?
Arif Khan
When you are trying to take English seriously, the first thing you HAVE TO KNOW is *which nationality is your native teacher* but as I see here in the comments nobody seems to be concern about that VERY IMPORTANT POINT ! ! !.
Well, let me tell to all of you that IS NO THE SAME TO LEARN AMERICAN ENGLISH, BRITISH ENGLISH or CANADIAN ENGLISH, etc. because all of them has not only a different pronunciation but also its own phrasal verbs, slangs, idioms, etc ARE ALSO DIFFERENT.
So, for example if your goal is travel to USA or live there for a while, learning british english would be a very bad idea ! because they not only pronunciate very different but also many idioms that they have are not used in america and vise-versa.
So, the first thing a serious teacher MUST PUT PERFECTLY CLEAR before start teaching is WHERE ARE HE FROM ! ! !.
In this case, I don´t know Harry's Nationality (because his blog SAY NOTHING ABOUT THAT), but I noticed he pronunciate the word *about* more like Canadians do, so I can assume from that he is Canadian, but I´m not 100% sure. Something that he *as a good teacher* should make it perfectly clear from the very beginning ! ! !.
Greetings from Santiago de Chile. This is John.
I think it’s pretty clear in my thumbnail; it’s got a Union Jack! 🇬🇧

Last night on a whim, I cursed my sister, she was cry and i was so regret, i thought to myself "why... I said that word to my sister....it's heartbreaking
👍 cursed at my sister. I was regretful or I felt regret
How've you been today? 😊
Sir I would like to learn proper pronunciation. Can you help me please
I have a pronunciation course available on my website, please check it out
@@LearnEnglishwithHarry 🙏thank you sir for responding🙏
Sorry Harry I confused for the pronunciation up and hope?
Dear Harry
The words you use could it be that in US would not understand the meaning?
Or Irish and American English is the same,❤
Hi, I try to teach English that is understood in all English-speaking countries, as it is the same language after all, with a focus on British English 🇬🇧
"Gut/instinct" at 3:20 is a great word to know, guys! You'll hear it a lot on TV shows and in casual English conversation between friends. You may also have wanted to express this feeling yourself but didn't know the right word... and now you do! Happy learning, everyone
And I hear it's pronounced gut, instead of ɡʌt. Is that correct?
Once on a whim,I resigned my job after listening to my gut instinct not regretting about it.
from my job. Good example 👍
I am just trying on a whim
🤦♀️interesting examples were made up👍
Thanks for the feedback!
