Dear Wes, you are just as cool as cucumber, as sweet as mangoes and as energetic as carrot, I would say. What a brilliant English lesson It was! Actually I was looking for this since the elections were around the corner in my country, India and booooommm you dropped it so my bouquet of thanks to you ❤❤:)
Here is my example entailing the words taught in this video-
I don't wanna filibuster but just want to tell you that you don't need any confirmation from think tanks of English language for proving how great of a teacher you are. I reckon you are one of the English teachers who is loved and respected unanimously without any polarization reason being that you are unlike other pedagogues who just garner views rather than providing good content with heart ❤and If I were do a poll on top 5 English teachers across the globe then you would definitely top it for sure....
Thanks so much for commenting & sharing with us. Nice use of the words. 😊

My favourite one is this: Gerrymandering
Thanks for commenting and sharing. It's certainly a funny word, but terrible for politics. 😊
Wes takes all. Wen it comes to teach English
As one of your constituents. I’m happy to report that we found a solution
I’m going to lobby you to make more lessons and more videos

You did not used the word “advocate!” Haaahaaahaaah! 🤣 Joe Lee Walter, homeboy from San Francisco!😮
You earned a subscriber from kenya.
Happy to hear that! Thanks for your comment. 😊
Demagogue and filibuster are new words for me. Thank you for the informative lesson😊
Glad some words were now. Thanks for your comment. 😊
thank teacher, great job.most of the words are similar to the spanish ones. Lobby for example was stolen by spain, so, we say the right wing lobby has been t pressuring the currently Spanish PM. to resign. referendum, filibuster(filibustero) polarized (polarizado) on and on.
Very. Nice
Thanks so much for commenting & checking out the lesson. 😊
But l love your your style of teaching for ya! I “advocate” for you all the time! 👋

Abba : the winner takes it all.
a song !
Love it! Thanks for commenting & checking out the lesson. 👍
Amazing job as always, yet can I suggest you make a quiz at the end of the lesson to really go over each word cause even with your final review you might omit an important word I'm suggesting this, because there are words I can't learn even with having a dictionary of my native tongue I may not know the word even in my own language! 😅
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for your comment. 👍
I'm very interested for the lesson about politics.
Glad you enjoyed the lesson. I appreciate your comment. 😊
@@InteractiveEng thank you I will boost up my skills knowledge through listening your lessons online.
Sir, I have been playing football since I was a kid ← Here, "since I was a kid" is this a dependent clause ? As I know, we use "since" as a preposition rather than a subordinating conjunction.
Could you please do more Political Vocabulary videos. Thx
Will do. There will be more to come as the election gets closer. 👍
Are you at home now! I am teaching in lstanbul! 👋🤣
Excellent lessons but It would be great if you describe word's nature ( nonu, verb, adjective etc).
Thanks so much for your comment. Glad the lesson was helpful. 😊

Glad you liked it! I appreciate your comment. 👍
@InteractiveEng Yes, I liked it very much!
Hi, Wes. Can I have more information about your private classes? I'm really interested in improving my English.
Thank you, Wes!
So interesting. The winner-take-all thing is crazy. I wonder if it exists in other political systems.
Two small questions -
constituents - are the people that actually voted FOR that official, or just everyone with the right to vote?
For example, are the constituents of the governor of California - all Californians? or those who actually supported him?
impeachment - you said Clinton and Trump were never convicted, but you also said it's not a legal process?.. what are the consequences then?
Thanks so much for your time!
Glad you enjoyed the lesson. Constituents would refer to all people of voting age, which in your example would mean all Californians of voting age. However, I think you could use it loosely to refer to all people no matter the age. And when talking about impeachment, it is a legislative process and not a legal one. What I mean by that is if someone is convicted they would not go to jail. Because it's a legislative process, if someone is convicted then they would be removed from their job and unable to run again for office. 👍
@@InteractiveEng Thank you so much for elaborating! I appreciate it!
We are looking from India 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🙋🙋🙋🙋
