I have krk rokit 5 monitors and i can hear the bass hit harder. Definitely gonna do this one day
It is much deeper, crisp and you can go louder without distortion. hard to capture with my microphone.

I am not sure I have not looked to know if they are the same or not. You can use their website and check each model and see if they provide the same part numbers. The Ghost subs though normally are the same size across most F series.
How do these compare to the bimmertech alpha one speakers?
I have not heard them before to be able to make that comparison. I hear good things though.
Can I install the subwoofer if I just have standard BMW speakers? no Hi Fi or Harmon Kardan
It shows them as an option on the base system. Check out their website and you can put in your make, model and sound system and they will show you what you can upgrade.
Are these better than the Alpha One Subwoofers from Bimmer Tech?

Yeah sorry about that, after hours in the hot garage doing the install filming all the angles I just totally forgot. You can hear the difference though of course hard to know through audio on CZcams. Has to be in person to really hear the difference.

It’s because there really wasn’t that much of a difference. It’s all over reddit what a ripoff these are.
What the hell, where are the gauges for "after"
My wife took back her phone which I was using to measure. Was using my phone to play the music. 😂 It sounds way better if you trust me. Sorry I didn’t get the meter numbers.

They call them subwoofers. I am not sure what classifies a speaker as being a subwoofer. Not a huge audiophile just like the sound. LOL
Those Bavsound Ghost woofers are weak only 100 watts rms each. I opted for some powerful German made "Audio System x200 Evo" bmw underseat subwoofers at 175 watt rms each! Huge huge difference and super clean powerful bass using either the Revenant amp or its maker the Match UP 7BMW DSP amp!
Sounds like some good stuff, but the Bavsound for me is already rattling trim so not sure I want it to hit any harder. I just want some good overall crisp sound that's better than stock.
Rms don't mean anything spl an freq response counts
Save yourself $500 plus.i didn't notice not 1 bit of difference.funny how they left out the dB meter on the after portion.🙄.sketchy as hell.
My wife took her phone I was using to do the DB level wished I could have had it, but If you can't tell the difference with whatever you are listening on what would the db level have meant to you anyways? All I know is it has way more clarity at higher volumes and hits way harder. Everybody I've ever met that have these love them and that's at least 20 cars over the years.
Just installed these on my 6 series and there is a noticeable difference. Way more than I expected considering it was just a speaker swap. It literally shakes my seat and punches way harder than stock. I didn't expect much and they way exceeded my expectations. Can't compete with a, sub and amp in the boot but definitely fills what was lacking on my HK system

2 words people. PAID PROMOTION! Don’t buy into it. 600.00 for two tiny 8” speakers. Unbelievable.
Never met a single person who didn’t love this upgrade, but we are all entitled to our own opinion and I respect yours. I wouldn’t take much merit in it since you have not experienced them to properly speak on how all they work. It’s a BMW if your worried about price you got the wrong car.
