Gran Turismo Lobby Host lays a DASTARDLY TRAP and gets us Hook, Line and Sinker -

- On Saturday, I had a couple of hours free time, so I thought that I would drop into one or two Gran Turismo lobbies for some fun races and to relax a bit.
After a couple of great races, I found myself on the Special Stage X track and a Gr.1 race that would give me the opportunity to take the brand new legendary Toyota GT-One out for a run. However, in this race, the host of the lobby laid a dastardly trap, and a few of us got caught good and proper.
Whilst I was angry to begin with, I did see the funny side later, and I did get my own back in the next race. Unfortunately, I did not save the replay for that race, so that will just have to remain as a personal memory.
This video looks at the race from the start to the build up and execution of this wonderful trap, that so very many of us fell into - hook, line and sinker.
Noce one host!

ABOUT ME AND MY CHANNEL
---------------------------------------------
My online name is Mitchell Morgan and this is my Sony PlayStation 5 (PS5) Gran Turismo 7 based channel, going under the name of PlayStation Racer. I love racing on motor racing sim games and Gran Turismo has been my favorite for many years. I have been playing GT7 since it was released on my other profile, but this is a complete rerun on my new profile for my new PlayStation Racer channel and my new team Mitchell Morgan Racing. As this channel develops, I plan to try my hand at other motor racing games and those will also feature from time to time.
On this channel I will be touching on nearly all of the elements of GT7 gameplay, sharing my hints, tips and experiences with my audience as I play through the game from start to finish. - Hry
That guy is a sick bastard for setting that up😂
that old chestnut 😂
Yup and one that I will not forget in a hurry.
Baha! I was in this race and that wreck scared the daylight out of me lol. I was sitting in a rig when the equivalent of the Daytona 500 first corner happened all around me. Good racing! 🤘🏻
I woke me up too. I’ll not get caught like that again.
that was that well known driver called harry hunt lol
You've.been had there mate 😂
Most definitely, had good and proper.
hey mate thanks for sharing
Thanks for the visit
Could you imagine that irl. Doesn’t bear thinking about.
It frightened the life out of my in the rig, so goodness knows what this would be like in real life, although you would probably know nothing about it. It just goes to show that we all really need to learn the tracks and all of their features. I'll not forget this one in a hurry.
That’s why you leave a 2 second gap on the highway😅. Funny situation indeed.
Very true.
Hey first time seeing your channel, great video i laughed so hard, this is something my friend has done to me too many times 😭💀
Thank you for finding me and for taking the time to comment it is very much appreciated. If you have not already, please consider dropping me a line and sub. It’ll help me and it will really make my day.
iv never laughed so much in my lifeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
There’s another trap on the back straight on the left, 😂✌
Thanks, I will have to be aware of that on my future outings at this track.
Luckily this didn't happen in a sim where the FFB on contact is actually wrist-breaking, that could have been incredibly dangerous!
Now, that is a very interesting thought. My FFB is set pretty high, but thankfully I did not notice anything.
You saved the life of that other guy you bumped at the last second. I hope the host was brought up on murder charges.
It was pretty scary to be honest.
guilty as charged lmao!!
That was epic 😂
Thanks Philly.
Hahaha. I think there is another place you do this on the back straight. Think Super GT had it done to him in one of the Daily As.😂
I feel better that this can happen to the best of the best and not the mugs like me.
Super ^^
😊
Lol
Hold on a moment mate.....your name is what again, Mitchell Morgan? 😂 Is that a joke or is it your real name? Just seems ironic that Mitchell make tyres and Morgan makes cars thats all heheheh.
Not my real name as you guessed. It goes back to playing Formula 1 and having the game call out your name correctly. Taken from the Mitchell aircraft in WWII and the iconic Morgan car company here in the UK.
@playstationracer67 yeah well I did think so but hey I've heard some strange ones that are actually real. Try "I Am That I Am" for size, a guy in York has a name called I Am That I Am, he changed it of course via deed pole but still it's not the only one I've heard that's odd but real. Yeah that's right, I actually like the Morgan cars they are alright, there was a Mitchell Bomber too from WW2 that was pretty much a beast it had some very good armaments on it.
Its not that bad really bro its not like he intentionally bumped somebody and then that happened all he did was follow his line and used map awareness. Like I get that he probably knew it might happen fair enough but if anything he just gave you a huge piece of information which is you won't do that again will you and now you know there is a split in the track. It is what it is mate but I fail to see why its a big problem? Nobody was drafting him from what I can remember he scooted past then followed his line, you lot tried following and boom the prang happened.
I did see the funny side in the end, but I do worry about people doing this when people are running high levels of FFB on their wheels. Thankfully, mine is set high, but not wrist breakingly so.
in all fairness mate i never realize this fault but before the race even started i had the plan in motion lol no one knew and i used it times before when the SSRX dailys on its a good little trick haha i did do it though to make my community aware of what could happen in that daily so was a warning for it too ,ngl though was absolutely hilarious
@@ABR_BOOOSTEDDDI found it very funny afterwards when I watched the replay. Plus it’s given me a great video. It’s a good day when you learn something and I was taught a valuable lesson that day. Loved it.
