      No. It might be one of the bests online workouts, but bhe best workout always happens offline, with your coach present who can correct your mistakes right away.

    today when we played kings court they forced me left and i felt like when i was driving i didn’t have as much confidence and i almost lost the ball a couple times. I want to take advantage of the defenders disrespect so i’ll be using this to improve my game.

    I just did this, my weak hand burns but it isn’t as hard to dribble with my weak hand now. I’m doing this every single day

    This has been able to cure my left hand quickly. After only a few days of during these drills I've been able to easly control my weak hand and perform moves at a high level. Thanks coach.

    I did this for the first day, it was kinda tough, but my left hand game increase a lil, all I know is if I keep doing this, the results will be huge

    -Drop and split (one,two,split)
    -Lateral Jab (one,two,jab)
    -cone hop series burnout
    -wall pass series

      Depends on how strong you are currently with your weak hand. If you're just starting out I recommend picking a few of the easier drills and building from there. If you're more advanced you can give the whole workout a go and see how you do.

      I recommend going for time when doing most ball handling drills. Start with 5 mins and adjust from there.

      Faz o pound dribble todo dia forte , na altura do ombro e depois baixo, faz o V dribble e depois in and out todo dia, cada série 45 segundos forte, coloca no cronômetro do celular, rapidinho vc vai evoluir pra conseguir fazer os desse vídeo é sem segredo

      There is no such thing man you have to start from somewhere you can always do these drills until you are comfortable with them although it will be difficult the ball will leave your hand and dribbling will feel unnatural yet after putting in work you will have no such thing as a weak hand 😉

    Coach how do overseas players make it to the nba. I'm 13 and play in Australia and i'm wondering how exactly can I make it. I put in the work and train hard everyday and do well in games but yet no scouts no of me there aint even scouts were I play. So do u guys have any advice because I know I that I can make it. I might have not been born for the league but I've worked hard for the league.

    I hadn't realized the technic that is called cone hop series and how to do it, I am still confused
    that what we can improve for this dibbling drills except improving your left hand's dribble.

      @@desmondli3818, the drill is about bouncing the ball from side-to-side of your body (over the cone) -- so it would be an exaggerated left to right and right to left.
