Mst.Y Videos he has already done a video on the chicken wing. To help with muscle memory. Touch your elbow on you hip or side of you stomach then go straight up(I had the same problem. It helps)

Andrew Wiggins just try to switch up sometimes if there taller go in as hard as you can half the time the ref can call foul be confident
I had the same problem practice is the only thing you can get over this. Try looking up and be confident you'll be better without even noticing.
