  • I'm Installing the EVO U Full System Exhaust and TFI Power Box Tuner, from Big Gun Exhaust; as well as the O2 and Tilt Sensor Delete Plugs, from Vessel Powersports, onto the 2021 Honda Foreman Rubicon (TRX520FA7)
This Exhaust, Tuner, & Sensor Deletes were tested soon after installation at Busco Beach. Let me tell you, the Power my bike gained in first and second gear made it well worth the expense!!
But that's not all, I also gained a Tail-Rider Repellant by installing these! With these installed, the exhaust blows out about 20 FEET during a hard throttle!! So anyone behind you will surely keep their distance!

    *Please Note*
    - It is normal for the exhaust to shine red during an idle with no air flow. I was a little concerned about that on my end, but after a good day's ride and some research, I am completely comfortable with it.
    - The material on this certain exhaust is (.304 SS), which heats up RED-HOT at about 850 F, which is still about half way from maximum temperature damage.
    - I did NOT exhaust wrap this pipe because I want the heat to escape. However, I do recommend taking precautions at protecting wires or plastics around the HOT zone(s).

I will admit, that exhaust did sound pretty good under load going through those mud holes at DeepCreek.

Did you notice a big difference in power climbing or in ruts ?

      Night and Day Difference!
Before, I was able to crawl up logs and other steep obstacles only in Low Range. Now, I can do it in High (Drive).
Not only did my High (Drive) improve, but my Low Range even ended up getting more power and torque!
I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it, but I'm glad I did it!
      Thanks for watching. 😁
