Join us as we hit downtown Zürich to play with a concept called creative constraints: taking all of our photos with a shutter speed of 1/15th of a second. Slow shutter speed photography can open the doorway to a plethora of ideas that incorporate movement in dynamic and interesting ways that you simply have to give a try! We'll be using this technique to get some creative street photography shots, but the philosophy behind the creative constraint of slow shutter speed photography can be applied to any and all genres. Sometimes it's far too easy to let your photography ideas go stale, and this approach can help you get out of that creative rut!

should we take permission of people during street photography, i think that's the question

I prefer not to ask, since it changes the dynamic of the situation and the shot, but in some cases it might make sense to (when doing street portraits, etc). Check the laws in your own region of course, but in most countries there is no "right to privacy" on the open street. However, if someone doesn't want to be photographed, it's better to leave them alone and find another subject. Dont make a nuisance out of yourself. 😉
