- Uttara Bhadrapada is stable nakshatra belonging to the Kshatriya (Warrior) caste and favourable for coronations, planting of trees, sowing of seeds, building of towns, and matters of a permanent nature (Dhruva Nakshatra) when containing the Moon. The native of Uttara Bhadrapada are wealthy and benefit through a bequest, a gift or inheritance, usually latter in life. They tend to be extremely protective of their loved ones.

I would like to add one thing I have observed about this constellation.
These natives do not seem to have a good sense of Self at a young age and often somewhat morph into the personalities of others around them quite easily.
I feel like this is due to the fact that they are always seeking a foundation.
They know deep down that they are not the body nor are they the mind.
These natives are constantly trying to figure out who/what they are & often seek that out through their environment until they decide to become meditative & Self Illuminated or Enlightened.
I have also noticed these natives are very skilled at seeing & bringing out the esoteric secrets hidden beyond the surface in media such as movies, music, books & art.

It depends on the planet/planets in this nakshatra and on how strong that position is. If it is the ascendant, don't draw any conclusions before checking the Ascendant lord, Atmakaraka, Amateakaraka and of course, Saturn, the lord of this nakshatra. Anyway, one thing is for sure, Uttara Bhadrapada is not at all the reason for a person copying others. Utt. Bh. people might try many things because they have multiple skills and abilities, but they will never copy. If anything, they will bring new insights, deeper meanings and truly creative solutions to the table...if they feel enough emotional stimulation in order to move their "arses".😂😂They also don't care to appeal...I mean seriously, we're talking about Saturn's "oldest" nakshatra...pretty wise, a bit lazy, a bit(more) detached and a bit late...pretty much always.😆 And i'm not judging anyoane, not only am I Utt. Bhadr. Ascendant, I also have my Atmakaraka in Pushya, it's saturnian little sister...The reason why most people can't exactly describe this beautiful nakshatra is hidden in one simple fact: the rest of the chart plays a pivotal role in seing what Utt. Bhadr. is meant for in any particular chart, cause it can literally make anything possible. Why do I say this? Don't kill the messenger, but from my own experience, if the rest of the chart was empty(i know it is probably impossible😬), this native would most likely sleep, meditate, silently observe and/or pray continuously for the bodily experience to end...yesterday, if possible.😋 The Moon can be desirous here, but that's not the energy of the nakshatra(the environment). Other planets, aspects and conjunctions can also cause strong or mild desirous influences, but at it's core, just like Saturn, who wanted the liberating knowledge from Jupiter so badly, no matter the price, Utt. Bhadr. couldn't care less about worldly achievements. Even in the old texts, the only reason why Saturn accepted the challenge of taking a human form, was cause Jupiter conditioned him, in exchange for the knowledge(and well, afterwards, Jupiter changed his mind). So this nakshatra could, in it's pure form, carry some frustrations related to teachers, and also some very deep need for true spiritual knowledge and utter liberation. However, the desirous themes that can occur, are much more related to the nature and qualities of other "players" in the chart, not to Saturn, or his nakshatra. Saturn brings great wealth(when it does), but only as a natural result of one's great behaviour, not because he cares about money, or about making you wealthy...Saturn only cares about making you wise, responsible, independent and fearless. It actually takes a pretty long time for a clean Utt. Bhadr. Ascendant(=with no planets in the first house, and strong moksha indicators in the 4th, 8th, 12th, or even in the 9th and 5th) to accept, adapt and learn to cope with the practical implications of their material existence. Or...i might be wrong...but well, this has been my experience/perception so far, and I learn something new every single day.🙂🐊🐉🙏

Dr. Arjun, you have become my favorite source for Nakshatras. Keep up the fantastic work you are carrying out. Suggestion: you should devote one of your sessions to guide us as to how to assess the impact of planets/ house lords in the nakshatras. Going through every permutation and combination will be asking for too much, but just some general guidelines as to how we should approach.
For example, if Jupiter is in Uttara Bhadrapada, will the effects of this star be felt during the Jupiter dasa periods? Now Saturn is the ruler of the star. We all know that Saturn's job is to restrict and constrict, quite the opposite of Jupiter's expansion tendencies. How does one assess the net result?

A family member died just precisely as moon entered uttarabhadrapada! Any ideas on what this means or where he went? He was slowly dying all day, but as soon as moon entered this nakshatra he left the body.
