For me this is dead on the target, My lagna is P.Bhadra with Ju SA both retrograde conjunct under 1° in Bharani. Your explanation fits to a T. With Ashlesha Moon it was hard to get a decent interpretation previously. Books seemed to suggest that I should be a reprobate. I experienced a massive shift from successful material life to jnana yoga.
